Out of control young pitchers, aging catchers who mentor the younger players, voodoo-worshiping team mates, silent color men in the announcers' booth, and literature-loving love interests are just the beginning.
I love both of these movies and hadn’t watched both in a long time until tonight and never back to back. I watched Major League first and at the chicken bone cross scene in Bull Durham I said, “Wait a minute!” and now I’m here. I’m glad I’m not the only one! Great video!
I can't find the scene where Costner throws the ball, it circles around and comes back to him. Maybe a different movie from the eighties or probably a Mandela Effect.
The video is about the similarities. I thought about putting in titles saying things like “We need a chicken to break the curse”, but I thought the similarities were pretty obvious, so I opted to just leave it as it was.
