I believe quiting white sugar especially stop drinking soft drinks and junk food and eating home cook food is enough to stay healthy but it sounds simple but hard nowadays as we are surrounded by food that have sugar in it😅

thats what i do just eat home cooked meals that taste good and have super healthy foods around it. no soda, no junk food. although i may eat junk food once every two weeks. also as a treat every day i have 1 slice of cake and have been doing this for 20 years and keep me on track. being realistic should be everyone's first step. if a eating plan seems hard to an individual they have a very high chance to fail. start by being realistic.

Takeaways: 1. Cold food leads less spike 2. Rice is also complex carbs but depends on individual how fast they digest 3. Eat protein first and carbs last for less spike 4. Carbs ...sugar spike followed by dip 5. To avoid the dip ..also add protein, fat, fiber in your diet to stop cravings 6. Eat boiled food instead of baked..since it has water content .

.....or....just don't have potato while in a "hard" loss faze.....these tips are all contradictory - if you are doing "hard" weight loss then you should really eliminate all or most carbs....if you are doing "so-called healthy fat loss" (I would dispute the specific labels here) - which is the typical cutting 1000 calories or so a day ... this will take longer (many months or years)....and in that case, if you do eat potatoes....then I guaranty that eating a hot potato or a cold potato won't affect you over that time period....

He obviously is an expert but he did not mention one important step that makes or breaks the cooling down certain starches concept. You cook these starchy food (like rice, potatoes etc) and then you cool them which makes them resistant starch. But you can then warm them again before you eat. You don’t have to eat them cold to get the benefit. In fact, cooling and heating again multiple times makes these starchy foods even more potent after each cooling and heating phase. This is important because many people might dismiss this trick because they don’t want to eat cold rice/potatoes etc.

Fact of the day: women need a certain amount of fat on their abdomen area that helps good reproductive health, easier n healthy menstrual cycles, hormonal balance, insulation for internal organs etc. So that snatched tummy with very defined abs not necessarily means it's healthy. If you are cutting out processed sugar is enough! Sugar from raw fruits(not talking about juices) is important, you can't cut down on bananas or any fruits, it will be stupid to do that, especially for men, bcoz if you have taken steroids, bananas will be a great help! Don't always go for the extreme diet, it is fatal!

@@gallexar107 lol no As I've said every individual is different. You're clouded with misinformation and pseudoscience. You can't tell one trick is healthy because it works for some people. You're completely untethered with the reality here. The people who are under poverty, sometimes they can only afford 2 meals and they're not healthy from any point of view. Intermittent fasting doesn't work for everyone and it's completely not suitable for muscle building. 2 meals will only be effective if you're getting 100% of daily values of macro and micronutrients in these 2 meals which is very hard to do. For example an individual with 70kg bodyweight needs around 125+ grams of protein everyday for sustainance and muscle building and it's not easy to eat that much protein in only 2 meals. Plus our body can't use a lot of protein at once. So there are like thousands of reasons why people eat big in breakfast and lunch & then less in tiffin and dinner.
