Nah first dude was being legit points of concern. Celtics since 2018 have 1 finals appearance. Meanwhile the heat have 2 appearances. Also in that time frame both the raptors and bucks from the east have won. Until the Celtics either consistently make the finals or at least get 1 win who cares about their regular season record. They’ve been good in the regular season for a good while now

Tatum is underrated in the playoffs in clutch situations. As a matter of fact, he's been first the last 4 yrs. Ppl forget that 46 point game in elimination game 6 against the bucks, they forget the 51 points he had in game 7 against the sixers. They probably beat the heat if he doesnt get hurt in the first play of that game 7 because hes only lost 2 game 7s in his career. He typically shows up in the playoffs when you need him. Not so much in the regular season but he's made plays in the post season. The coach does give me cause for concern because he can be stubborn. But this team has all it needs to at least get to the finals

Being a lock means a guaranteed chip, that's why it's a lock. Those Miami teams choked several times. That Brooklyn team never even got close to a chip lmao. Once KD went to the Warriors, you could predict they were going to win the chip before the season even started, hence why they're a "LOCK." Same with the '08 Celtics.

Biggest concern for the C's as a Celtics fans, are the Celtics themselves. So many times they take the foot off the gas pedal in late games and it's gotten to the point where they can finish against top teams. If they can somehow find a way to do that, they at least get to the Finals and probably face the Nuggets. Whom they have struggled against in recent years.

Jayson Tatum literally has a 45% clutch shooting percentage from 3 and the field in the playoffs. Hes shooting 53% eFG in the clutch in the playoffs. He had a broken hand during the finals but yall dont want to talk about that you only want to talk about Embiid being injured every year as an excuse. Last year he had 4 30 point games in the ECF hes the only one who showed up. The bills used that no huddle offense, but they never rushed up and hiked the ball, they would take their time Kelly would call the play, but every once in awhile I remember seeing a defensive guy kick the ball after the ref spotted it, and the ref would gave to come back and re-spot the ball, and I think belichick was using that extra few seconds to send in the right personnel for that play, and you notice how I said belichick right.

Too much emphasis on Tatum and Brown in terms of if they do or do not do something during the playoffs this year. Yes, they are our "Stars" but this C's team has anyone in the starting five that can take over a game offensively and impact the game defensively at key moments plus a much improved bench. They will of course have to prove it very soon, but I have not been more confident of the C's since 1986 as far as the total team being put out there. We shall see.

I don’t trust the Celtics because they take and make the most 3’s which is also a bad thing because when their 3’s aren’t falling they really don’t have a backup plan and even when they’re up 20+ they still continue to take 3’s.

@@masstarvationthey don't get that there are limited possessions every game, so if you take and make a lot of 3s, by virtue of the pie chart you're gonna have a smaller % of points scored in the paint. What matters is how they do when they go to the paint/post up, and they are very effective at it, they just don't do it as often.

I don't know how people take these guys seriously lol. Embiid has never gotten past the 2nd round, ever. He always has been humiliated by the hands of the Celtics, 3 times before most recent last year when Tatum put 51 on their "you know what!" If those games against the Knicks and the Bucks was meant anything, we would have beaten them both as we did beat them every meaningful game early on the season. Blew out everybody in the East, swept Miami, swept Knicks when those games were meaning something. Therefore, stop this nonsense of Embiid and the Sixers. We own them and we are going to show and prove that yet again if need be, bring on everybody! Let's go Celtics!
