I think you should compare strength and jump! I've heard some people say that strength is more important than jump, but I haven't tested it out. If you do compare horses again, you should make sure that they're as similar as possible save for the specific stats that you're comparing. Charlie is taller than Raven which could be why he's able to jump taller jumps at higher speeds; it could also be because he's a thoroughbred as I've had good luck with them jumping in extended canter. When you breed two horses together, the foal's individual stats will usually be an average between both of the parents. There are exceptions where they'll be lower or higher than both, but in most cases it'll be an average.
Yay a ETG video !! Also omg you’re almost at 8k!🎉🎉. I remember watching you only 1 time per day….. And now I somehow end up here every single day ! ❤️ #Horselover!!!
I think the 100 jump is worth it. I had a mare which had 93 jump and she easily cleared a tier2 course in full extended canter and even cleared 2 jumps in the Tier1 n full extended. Just depends on the strength and luck.
I really like these types of videos! I'm very curious about the new breed! I think it's gonna be a Gran Prix horse's ;) (I'm italian, so my english is quite bad XD)
I wonder how the what stats the foal will have, hopefully good ones! I wish I could breed more but I have no more room. I’m going to wait until we get more stables to breed more
@Moon_Vibes. It usually depends on the number of faults. One or two knocked poles are probably fine. More than that leads to a much slower time. Refusals are worse 😭
I’m not entirely sure about the game, but in real life showjumping faults count as points (not time). For example, if you finish a course in 40s and someone else finishes it with 20s and 4 points you win
I assume there are people out there trying to get their lines to 1000 potential just like me, but I've been slacking off a bit so I'm curious how high others have gotten their potentials; - Among the potentials of my horses the lowest is 752, highest is 780 and the average is 767.6 - Also I'm breeding for size so the shortest horse I have is 168.2 (rarely ever breed him, he's mostly a competition horse), tallest is 182.9 and the average is 176.9 If anyone reading this is also breeding towards one or several goals please share! (Also please tell me the highest potential of your horses) I'd love to read about it ❤️
I have the same goal! (1000 potential) My highest is 770, the lowest 747, which is btw a big gap between second horse with the lowest score(756, but the girlie has a good bonuses hehe), but Im keeping the lowest bc of problem w annoying inbreeding and she has an intersting coat too. Btw today she gave me a palomino filly with both blue eyes and 765 potential aaa
I am mostly breeding for purebreds that are offstandard colors, but I'm going to start working on creating my own "breed" as well with crossbreeding! My highest potential horse is 744.
@@lacrasubs Oh my goodness I'd love a Palomino with blue eyes, she sounds so pretty!! About the breeds my horses are around 64.7% SWB, 18.5% Friesan, 9% Arabian, 4.1% TBD, 3.6% Welsh so they are a healthy mix xD With stats I never bother breeding for individual stats and focus solely on the total potential. In Wildshade for example you do want to breed for individual stats since the foals inherit _either one or the other_ of the parents' stats, the stats don't mix. But in ETG we can see that the lowest possible potential is always 50 lower than the worst parent and the highest possible is always 50 higher than the best parent (at least that's the case with purple and orange tier horses, Idk if it's different with lower tiered horses). So the stats of the foals seem to be a mix of the parents + a random offset, which is why I don't think Horse Lover is gonna get a foal with 100 jump and 100 speed from Raven and Charlie ;o And what?? 184 from 155-165 horses!? Bruh I didn't know that was possible💀😂
When you had that stop with Raven on the second try is like a glitch or something because with happens to me with my horses. Out of no where it goes from not even starting all the way to red or is so weird and can be very frustrating.
Your videos are so helpful! I have one question though. Do you know how to make a second account in ETG? I’ve tried but it says log in and I’m back to my first account.
If you breed a white horse with a Friesian you’ll get a crossbreed horse which could be white, then keep breeding it with Friesians and eventually you’ll get a white Friesian-same with other coats- Sorry if that doesn’t make sense
