LITERALLY LOVE THIS ! I have allergies and I’ve been dealing with it since I was born. I used to have welts and just red spots all over my body and my skin was very dry. I also have allergic reaction sometimes to certain things. Not that often anymore as I used to, I’m only allergic to three foods and a couple other outside things I’m pretty sure trees and a couple of flowers. I am allergic to corn, eggs, and peanut butter. You guys are literally my favorite RU-vidrs I’ve been here since day one and I’ve been watching you guys for so long you guys are inspired me so much and made me feel better through the hard times. Cow's milk allergy/dairy allergy is very different from lactose intolerance.

I'm allergic to milk but I'm not lactose intolerant. I mainly describe the difference as my throat gets itchy and will close up if I have too much dairy but I won't get stomach upset or vomit-y.
