I forgot to note something vital in the video. Not only is this heavily skewed for women, but it is also heavily skewed for the top 20% of men as well. If 80% percent of women go for the top 20 percent, that naturally means that the top 20 percent of men are constantly having sex with a bunch of women. This is also causing a huge imbalance in the dating market where you have a bunch of male virgins, but barely any female virgins.

I notice that videos sympathetic to incels offer up a bunch of studies and scientific evidence to back up their claims. While videos that promote hate against incels offer nothing but stereotypes, platitudes, strawman arguments, and a stream of ad hominem attacks

I was sitting in a bar once with a friend and there were women sitting at the table next to us. One woman came over to me, pointed at her highly attractive friend and said "she ain't interested" when I never even spoke to her. That was clearly lookism against me in it's finest form.

Technology (and science) has played a in hand this e.g. dating apps and the more technology and science advances, the more gynocentric society will become because women will give birth and men will continue compete among themselves for women's approval. So it's no surprised these incels would feel bitter and depressed because they have been priced out of the dating market as they are unable to meet women's standards in terms of looks, wealth and status, which result in them being lonely and isolated.

One the other hand: Poverty can make people ugly. And poor people tend to care less, and they cannot invest as much in their looks, like braces for example or high quality nutrition, they more often pursue an unhealthy lifestyle like substance abuse for "pain" relief and sometimes have less hygiene. But: I nearly never saw a stunning woman that needed to be poor, though some handsome man i know are.

Personally not incel, but they're absolutely correct. No wonder either. While the rest of us are busy dealing with women, they sit down and study what's actually going in. With no silly ego to distract the thought pattern

The disproportionate ratio between female and male matches isn't necessarily unnatural. It's always been the status quo for a man to woo a girl since agency is more of a masculine trait. Unfortunately, dating apps don't account for this tendency as both people have to "approach" one another (match).

Looks and personality aren't separated. Nor is intelligence or characteristics of the body. 84% of your genome in your brain also codes for your body. Better looking people are often more intelligent. there are facial recognition algorithms which can determine whether someone is gay with 70-80% accuracy. Now there's a lot of misinformation out there about such things but there are valid ones. For example wide cheekbones and a large nose correspond with more intelligence and a bigger brain and better nutrition growing up. the corners of someone's mouth, the angle whether it's pointing more down or horizontal or slightly up is a good proxy for intelligence. It's really quite silly to isolate these things as seperate into looks and personality or success. Also despite the stereotype, very intelligent men often have high testosterone so you can find hairy fingers and a particular 2D 4D ratio which will correlate with earnings.

Oh my God people just look at salespeople. It's not a coincidence that more attractive people, regardless of intellectual prowess, make more money. Now anybody can point out an outlier but as a whole over our species people that are perceived to be better looking or going to get more sales equals more money equals more opportunity. I'm just not sure how people can't see that or they fight that. I mean attractive people are never going to have to work as hard as unattractive people. Women attempt to punch above their weight all through their teens up until around 40. If they have an offspring they might not sell for their original mate because of economic reasons. also I would like to address this idea: imagine beautiful people being hated and given a miserable life just because others are envious and jealous, and therefore beautiful and good people become ill, poor and die while others thrive and are privileged and they live in luxury and they support eachother because they've had 1 common goal - taking down those persons they envied and getting rid of the "competition". some sort of "cinderella syndrome".

If you have two runners both lean and athletic and one has longer limbs and is taller, depending on many factors but let's say there's symmetrically identical, the taller runner will have to put forth a less energy to run the race. I think creepiness comes when you don't accept yourself and try to act outside your capacities/traits. For example, a young slender girl wearing high heels, tight jeans and acting flirtatiously looks "normal" and attractive, while a 70year old woman with wrinkles doing the same thing is creepy. A handsome man, aware of his natural attractiveness, can use his looks as a shield. That is, when he says stupid and creepy things, he gets forgiven more easily, because people get distracted by his looks (and assume intelligence is not his strength). While a guy who is ugly should refrain from saying stupid things and playing the Don Juan, as his looks won't come to the rescue. If you are ugly, try to focus on your strengths and not whine about your weaknesses: maybe you are very intelligent and "nerdy" , or maybe you are hardworking and a handyman, maybe you are kind, loving and a good potential father. The same applies to women. If you are ugly and resentful of other people's beauty, then you develop a nasty personality as well. And think about it: God created you this way for a reason. It is for your own good, to help your salvation. It is true, we are fallen creatures and often choose, out of vanity and pleasure-seeking, a good-looking person as our partner. But usually we get punished for this later in life, and then acquire wisdom. There are a lot of examples around us of failed marriages because they had been based solely on looks.

Lookism will matter when on a first approach one has to decide quickly who to choose. With time though the other things come to mind and hence the growing phenomenon of divorces and disastrous relationships in couples, friendships, working enviroments etc.

If we're talking about society as a whole, then yes, those who are most "successful" in the dating market are attractive or deemed sexually desirable. And yes, the number of bodies that people rack up in these groups is insurmountable. But is this even something to feel estranged from and does it describe communities that should be relevant to us? Indeed, worldliness has crept in more and more amongst lukewarm Christians, including Orthodox. So indeed, you'll find Orthodox girls and boys who sleep around and don't see the problem. But what I don't understand is why you'd want to be included or noticed within that group. These people have temporary relationships with abrupt ends, nothing close to pursuing a monogamous Christian family relationship. So thank God such people ignore you - saves you the trouble of learning how emotionally immature they are. They are more difficult to find, but the people that actually want long-lasting relationships are still around. Yes we are attracted to people primarily based on looks, but this also applies to a person's smell, their voice, their mannerisms, and finally their personality. These are outward characteristics (including personality, as people have hearts, values, ambitions, etc.), but God gave us them to help bond partners. If we are not Gnostics, we should take care of our bodies (without vanity) and thank God for what we've been given, trusting that by His will, we will find someone who is attracted to us even physically. People have different types, and very often familiarity plays a role besides "scientific societal attractiveness." On the other hand, if all we have to offer us our physical shell, then our fate will be short-lived and unfulfilled, so indeed the most crucial thing is to be a good and loving person. Difficulty in finding a partner who shares your values in today's day and age speaks of the necessity for prayer. Shall we mope, or shall we trust in God? And don't just stand there either or use Tinder of all things. Go around churches, volunteer groups, and places you would be more likely to find Godly people. Develop your social skills by expanding your social circle at coffee hour after Liturgy. Learn skills, read books, and get off life-sucking social media. And then, have patience and faith.

That part about "women have it so easy" is nonsense. Some Tinder matches mean nothing. You underestimate the number of men who are able to match with ugly woman just to make fun of her later, or because they think ugly women are desperate and will be willing to endure terrible treatment from these men. They are predators and psychopaths. Women don´t have it easier. Ugly men can still compensate with wealth (old men with young golddigers are a thing for a reason). They can compensate with their personality because females don´t search for attractive males, they search for protective, strong, supportive males who will protect them and their kids from "sabertooth tigers". Appearance is only one of these things in the mix. Women have nothing to compensate with if they are ugly. Women with high paid jobs aren´t more dateable than women with low paid jobs. Women who are strong, protective etc. are perceived as manly and less attractive. Males search for young, fertile, healthy females. They don´t search for protectors. Nature is sexist, it is what it is.
