This is super informative, Joli! I don’t really use a lot of oil on my hair but I’m going to bookmark this for future reference as you told me a lot of things that I did not know!
I know a lot of people who don’t really use oils at all that’s truly okay too. I just get annoyed by these rules to never ever do something without a definitive proven reason.
I hope you don't hate that I keep repeating myself❤ but I love and adore your clay and your oil❤ like I said it also cured my husband's severe dandruff issue❤ Thanks sooo much❤
Hello Jean, Seen Shampoo and Deeper Conditioner are my top recommendation and their style creams both have UV and Heat protection so you start off on the right foot immediately. The shampoo helps to prevent mineral buildup so it helps keep your hair from getting yellow from minerals. They have fragrance free options on all their products. seenhaircare.sjv.io/c/2700406/1020437/12994 For clarifying, which I don’t need very often using Seen, I recommend The Ordinary Shampoo.
What a beautiful woman you are 😮I love your hair! Thank you for giving us all this valuable info! I wonder why hair gets electric, do you know? I noticed my hair got really electric when I used a certain shampoo bar based on coconut oil, could this be true? Bless you ❤️
Aww thank you!!! 😊 Coconut oil absolutely causes static in hair. It is one of the reasons I do not use it all. I believe it is because it blocks moisture, and if the hair underneath is dry it can become conductive. In my heat test one of the products I was using had coconut oil and the hair became super staticky during the sweeps with the flat iron. It was most interesting.
Thank you! Yes, that is very interesting. I tried so many shampoo bars, all based on coconut, such a waste of time and money, and a lot of hairtrouble on top. Good to know this. My shampoo bar adventure is over for good, that's for sure 😉👍
Oh, that is exiting, I look foreward to see what you come up with 👍 I was so in love with the whole shampoo bar idea, maybe you will even create a recipe for THE GREY BAR !!
Hi. What do you think of rosemary oil for hair growth? My dermatologist recommended it to me, but it’s hard to know which one to buy and which carrier oil to mix it with and how long to leave it on, etc.
@@QuickSilverHair , can this oil be used at night if you don’t wash your hair until the next afternoon? How long can the oil be left on the scalp is basically my question? Thanks!
@@Dogandcatmom51 applying it at night before bed is actually best. After 40 minutes it should have soaked into your skin and hair, so it is fine for it be on your scalp for extended periods, just be mindful of any irritations and discontinue use, this is true for all hair products.
Hi, I know how much all of you across the world would love to try the products but at this time the shipping costs for me as a very small business are astronomical. It is an additional $47 USD to ship to the UK. However, there are companies you can have shipments sent to in the states, they will then ship it off to you at a much lower rate. You can learn more on my shipping policy page. quicksilverhair.com/shipping-returns/
I think any hair oil works for the right hair type and if it does what you want it to do that’s great. Macadamia oil is like most nut oils, yellow in its raw state, so it may be better to use it blended so it reduces the yellow.
