Really appreciate how you communicate and produce such informative content … I am a student of mbbs in a medical college here in Islamabad so we have our independence day event full of speeches on the coming 17th but we have been only asked to praise how Pakistan has only excelled and is the greatest nation in the world.I was born and raised in Pakistan and yes I own this land as much as it owns me but living in this air of delusion definitely has started to feel heavy if not suffocating

I am an Indian, I listen to your podcasts to get an idea of how our neighbours are what have they been doing in last 30-40 years. I can sense a complete sadness in your voice in this podcast. It shows how much you love and want your country to grow up from radical sorry state of what it is as of now. Even though India is more liberal, more open towards changes. We are also still in development phase and really you guys aren't that far behind, it would only take 10-15 years of a good governance to turn the table around for you guys as well. And I am hopeful for that day, Imaran when he was elected I had really thought that he would do rapid development would try to communicate and get a resolution between us but he too seems like yet another version of Arvind Kejariwal of Pakistan. High on promises, dull in actual delivery.

One thing I have noticed in Pakistanis, well read people are into self pity and the rest are into irrational jazba.. 🇵🇰 can easily bounce back boss if it gets it's act together.

Pakistan was CREATED on 15th August 1947 out of India. India got it's independence and Pakistan was CREATED out of India as a new Dominion. Even Pakistan in its early 2-3 years celebrated it's creation day on 15th August.

Alright, first off, I totally agree with everything you've said. I just wanted to mention that you should totally consider starting a series of these videos translated into English. Your content is really awesome, and I'd love to share it with my Pakistani friends who grew up outside of Pakistan. The issue is, they're not too familiar with Urdu. In a bunch of your videos, you call out overseas Pakistanis for getting misled and not getting the full picture of what's happening. I think it's not kind of “their fault”. They just don't have access to the right content. All they really have are those popular journalists who take sides one way or the other. So, please take this as a request and maybe start a series in English too!

One of the solutions lies that armed forces of Pakistan/establishment should be under the elected Prime Minister. In USA, their President is also their Commander in Chief. In Paksitan, we need to abolish Chief of Army staff position. Like in Hazrat Umar (ra) period, army was under him.

I like your work in general. The podcasts with Ishtiaq Ahmed, Muzammil Shah, Aamir Mughal, Ejaj Ahmed, Uzhair Younus, Faisal Warraich have been interesting. Even the ones with Ayesha Jalal and Engineer Muhammad Ali Mirza have been good, even though I didnt agree with them in principal, but still I got to learn about a different point of view. Keep producing the good work. I have been having the below opinion after reading multiple resources, would appreciate your opinion on this. Opinion is - Technically, it shall be "Youm-e-Alhadgi" not "Youm-e-Azaadi". If they call it "Youm-e-Azaadi", then the immediate question becomes azaadi from whom? If someone says British, then please list down the agitation or speeches done by Muslim League leaders against the British. If they say Azaadi from India, then one India itself was controlled by British and two, please list down the laws or discrimination done by Congress ruled states of British India against Muslims. There is no proof of either. Pakistan just separated from India on the basis of bogus 2 nation theory, thus 'Youm-e-Alhadgi' is the right word.

Salamalaikum Shehzad, I am the grandson of sir currimbhoy ebrahim, right hand of the Quaid e azam who gave his life and all his wealth for the creation of pakistan but unfortunately did not get any recognition he deserved. He was also an active member of quaid e Azams all India Muslim league. The state of things what you see is not at all in line with quaid's vision. Zulfiqar Ali currimbhoy.

We have a saying in India among Hindus." A muslim can live among 10 Hindus peacefully and Safely while a Hindu can't live among 10 Muslims peacefully and Safely".

It was a big mistake of Qaid e Azam To tell the Bengalis to leave their language and use Urdu Indians and Bengalis ae very nationalist We Pakistanis are regionalistic

Khan Abdul ghafar khan (bacha khan) was a great leader of us Pashtoon but he or his ideology of nonviolence and his struggles for Pashtoons were never mentioned in any of our books... He spent 36 years (longest jail time) for his political Stance and his people but his efforts were never recognised. I came to know about him on university level and that also not from any curriculum books (state propaganda to brain wash it's subjects {not citizens}... This is ridiculous

Please occasionally mention the ideas of Unionists in Punjab regarding colonialism. There appears to be a trend of mirroring establishment tactics among progressive/leftish commentaters. A counter narrative is often provided rather than focusing on an accurate survey of history.
