I have a toxic family, relatives and I have no friends My family has put me into trauma and does till date. I've tried to end my life, harm myself and Run away too... But then I saw you ❤you've changed the way I see my life. I feel like this is the result of my karma. This family..... This toxic negative family is a result of my karma. Thoughts of ending this life... Leaving the family were a part of my life as well...but when i got into rajyog meditation ... And ofcourse listening sis shivani ...my way of thinking has changed a lot... Now i know that , whatever i have now ,is a consequence of my karma(in any of my births)...and i can't escape from that in any case (leaving this body won't help)...

भोगना तो हमारी choice है और कर्म तो बाहर आते हैं। कोई होगा जो उसी करम या परिस्थिति देखकर अच्छी सोच create करके योग से उसी परिस्थिति में आगे बढ़ेगा और कोई होगा उसी परिस्थिति में सोच अच्छी न create करने की vajah से भोगते हुए आगे बढ़ेगा।ध्यान रखने वाली बात यह है कि सामने परिस्थिति चाहे कोई भी हो भोगना हमारी choice है। भगवान इस्स समय यही तो बताने आते हैं की अब परिस्थिति अच्छी नहीं होने वाली। यह कलियुग है पर फिर भी हमारे पास ख़ुश रहने का choice है! कैसे? अच्छी सोच रखकर अच्छी भावना शुभ भावना रखकर। यही बिके शिवानी बताने की कोशिश करतीं हैं अपने हर विडीओ में! भोग से नहीं योग से जीवन बिताएः औरत हो या मर्द

Namaste Shivani Didi and suresh uncle, thank you so much for all these wonderful conversations. Most of us are confused or suffering from some or the other lacuna. But your these conversations fills those gaps. I heard "soul connections" program, some 37 episodes, its really wonderful n enlightening.
