The part about video slots is incorrect. Although they do use true RNG, based on physical events. The symbols varying in value for win and 3 cherries for example would not appear as often as 3 sevens. In fact the reels themselves are outcome animations. The RNG is used to produce a number within a range of probility and generate a win value e.g 10 x stake, 20 x stake and so on depending on the odds of each type of win. The person officially gets paid the ammount server side or locally if in some sort of arcade and at the same time showing a video animation of the win and credit on your app kiosk client side. Jackpots would be one specific number in the RNG range, so needs a longer string on binary numbers for the higher range, probably 7 or 8 digits long. For Bonus game if one of most games is paying higher than X amount then show bonus animation. Once the server decides the multiplied ammount it is securely decided and time stamped, with a refrence number, every single bet, if the anything is misleading about the animation in error, or player messes with the games code, it will not matter. Bets are refunded at most as gesture.

The term RNG is very misleading obviously the slot machines are programmed with more lower winning symbols such as the #9 whereas say a king is a top symbol you will notice that it doesn't pop up as often and you will also notice there is more winning combinations of all symbols in the first three columns only they only occasionally go to all 5 columns in my opinion it is not random if it was random it would have an equal amount of winning combination of all symbols they obviously hit more lower combinations quite a bit more
