In Spanish we call what Rich is doing "amarrar navajas" referring to people who tie the little razors to the roosters in cockfighting (horrible activity, but not the point). It basically means trying to get two others to go against each other. He's trying to get Steeler Nation upset at Trevor about nothing! As a lifelong Steeler fan I saw nothing wrong with what he said.

Life long Steelers fan here… As with the American voter, don’t let the loudest of the bunch be mistaken for the majority. Most of us that I know are pretty humble and didn’t even realize he called it ‘little’. It is hilarious seeing how sensitive some fans can be and that’s with every fan base, especially your own. 😂

That wasn't an insult. He was asked if he knew what a terrible towel was, and he described them accurately. I have a terrible towel and I would have said the same thing except maybe using the adjective "little." But it is smaller than a full-size towel, so you can wave it.

Steelers fans are easily the most thin-skinned NFL fans in public spaces. Most annoying to have in a group setting. I have never been around one who failed to either be angry about an imagined slight or begin a diatribe by asking someone else what the best professional sports franchise is. Saw one singlehandedly ruin a message board ten years ago. Went from a thousand voices to three. Not 7nique.
