If someone asked a company "Do you have any employees at your company that actually are spies working on behalf of another company", if you just say "no" , you're likely ignorant or lying, because if they did, almost certainly you wouldn't know it(that's the point of a spy), and if you did know it, you'd fire them. An honest answer would be, "I don't know of any", but that sets you up as sounding incompetent. So you would expand, "I don't know, but we have systems in place that even if someone were a spy, they wouldn't be able to get the information they wanted" and then you might need to elaborate on what those systems are.
