Im so glad i found this. My testosterone levels are 170 as of a week ago. I need one more test before i start therapy. I didnt even know it could help with managing dabetes.
Hope you're good, personally I am at a 7.2nmol/L, should be at least at 11.4 to 27.9, I am also prediabetic, have high bad Cholesterol and low good. I have to wait for my Doctor to get the OK to prescribe me patches. I've had depression and anxiety for ages, I have also had issues building muscle in the past, so I'm hoping the patches will help a lot, along with exercise, diet and better sleep.
Dont let the doctors tell you to wait on sleep studies ( notoriously erroneous) and complain about alcohol consumption. Tell them to start treatment while they sort out the other things. They will tell you they want to wait. Tell them no, statt the treatment.
