Aww girl.. I’m sorry that didn’t work for you. I do agree it’s a foundation fit for dry to comb skin. I and an oil pan looked like sisters after 9 hours but it did give a nice soft finish, so I suppose it differs from skin to skin. But when you mix this with another matte .. I think it might surprise you. But that concealer .. I love. Can’t stop. But I have no idea why it’s compared to shape tape as it’s a a buildable coverage meant for dry under eyes. Hope there’s better luck with the others if it ever gets to you. 😕 You looked gorgeous by the way in your Indian avatar. Somehow you skin turning more melanin rich was all that!

I think you need to give it one more chance with the right shades. I waited ages to get the concealer first and I loved it. I purchased shape tape yesterday from Dubai Mall since it only launched here day before or so. It's great but the revolution one is definitely as good. Considering the price point too. Even the foundation makes me look flawless without even trying. I actually use different undertones in other foundations so I got the concealer and foundation in the same shade C10/f10 . I hope it comes to India too , it's way better than the wet n wild photofocus one which used to be another drugstore holygrail one. Using the right primer and setting powder also works wonders. I don't know why people do so many extra steps with high end foundations but don't try to work with drugstore ones 😒😒😒

It's fun to watch your videos! Got the right shade but it oxidised and turned dull darker later..I've got combination skin.. I love the stick foundation I'm f12 it's perfect for my discoloration... I blend with a finger set with compact.Maybe because it's got an olive greyish undertone for tan n spots..it does oxidise I'm wondering if we use 1 shade lighter instead and contour will it look better later?

I wish I could use this, I was so excited to try it but the shades are so off for mid tone desis :( f12 is my closest match and it's way too neutral/pink :( 12.5 was too dark, 11 was even pinker. I think f13 really suits you though

That skin tone is enviable and got more better when it oxidised . Though I agree it is not your shade. But that skin tone is beautiful. The concealer is my best concealer and I hate shape tape for its drying formula. So I guess to each it's own. I agree this foundation is not the best but if you mix with a matte it looks so nice . Hudas is terrible. You must try mur their Eyeshadows and highlighters.

I never had a burning sensation but after finishing my concealer I feel it just hyped up. Initially I liked it but it dried up quickly, didnt expect that.

I feel like it is too drying. It looks like the foundation caused dryness and so your skin produced a little more oil than usual. And the concealer creases on my too.

Even the makeup revolution's fast base foundation stick too does the exact same thing like this foundation, it also oxidizes, becomes oily and enhances pores and fine lines and makes u loom dull at the end of the day

@@lifeisbeautiful8576 well u can use nyx's total control foundation jovita also have recommended it in her last video on foundations for dark skin u can check it out she has said the shade she uses is like her own skin colour so i guess it doesnt oxidizes at all

They've recently brought out a different concealer, I can't remember the name. It's like a dupe for the Maybelline conceal erase, and it's really good.

I can't speak for the shade, because I literally blend in with white walls, but maybe if you can find your shade in other two Revolution's foundations Matte Base and Revolution Pro. :) Matte Base is for oily and Revolution Pro is for combo to oily.

Exactly 2 shades.. you have mentioned it’s oxidize. So go for 2 shades lighter than this. Moreover dont buy this stuff again( he he😬)

Makeup revolution concealer is far much better then tarte shape tape in my opinion, tarte shape tape is very drying on my skin .I love makeup revolution concealer also there stick foundation is beautiful on skin love it.

I feel it looked good on you but you got wrong shade. That's y u looked dull. Foundation is for dry skin people and it's not my favourite. That concealer is my favourite. Even jackie aina loved it . It's great for people who hate too much coverage. So for older people like my mother she loves it since its thin. It's the best. Not as much as for the foundation. It oxidises and it sure is like Huda. I hate Huda foundation and her. I like this better.

Actually makeup revolution doesn't have the exact shade of jovita even my skim tone is exactly same as jovita and i also use the same shade F13 but in fast base foundation stick and even that foundation stick too does the exact same thing to my face too and trust me F12 will be way too light for her it turned out to be ashy on me

I think the problem was the shade.. it was darker than your skin and was making you dull.. maybe one shde lighter would have worked.
