I prefer fries from Frites Atelier in Brussels, Belgium (Beef Stew Fries). Also the special curry fries from Amsterdam is just interesting to try - careful not to order too much, the medium is quite big.

A matter of preference, Dutch fries are fried on a slightly higher temperature and therefore more crispy. Some people prefer thinner sliced fries, personally I like the thicker fries so I can taste the potato. No such thing as better just different tastes.
