Thanks for the review. Just to note regarding the nutritional value comparison, PBfit’s serving size is 16g compared to PB2’s 13g or so. They are actually much more similar nutritionally
Thank you for this comparison / review. I'm using PB2 right now because it seems like a slightly healthier product. I was disappointed to learn through Amazon reviews that the salt free / sugar free versions of these two products apparently do not taste very good-- but I am a bit of a peanut butter addict, so using PB2 is cutting hundreds of calories out of my daily caloric budget. It obviously doesn't taste as good as natural freshly ground peanut butter, but after not eating it for a few days I found the PB2 to be "good enough" to get my fix. :)

I don't like having to keep mixing this every time I want some. Can you mix a big quantity and store at room temp? There is no website for PB2 so can't ask them.
Great question! So the company has said they don't recommend making large batches because it can affect the taste and texture. BUT if you do decided to make a large batch, be sure to store it in the fridge in a sealed container for no longer than 48 hours.
