One of my main concerns, is that they continue to penalize you because you cannot fulfill "ALL" the offers they send you without taking into regards that you are a one man operation!
Overall Agero has been good and can’t complain too much. Something things I will note they could do better: 1. Constantly re-sending same job after rejecting it. This goes against your acceptance when you reject the same offer 3 times. 2. Unable to get rid of tire change offers. We do not do tire changes. It is a too much of a liability with condition of lugs, spare and safety while doing the change. 3. Stats are great to see how you can earn more jobs, however, when you use the rate slider there is no explanation of what all is included in that. Avg tow price + avg add on charges? It is not hook only… Need to narrow that in better. If I could increase volume by 10% by dropping my hook $5 maybe I would do that but there is no explanation.
One of the most annoying things is the constant sending of the same job, especially in the evening when I'm trying to sleep! I appreciate you commenting. I am sure they will see this.
@@towuniverse2443 I’m in Michigan. Half the vehicles are aged with swollen lugs that you have to beat the socket on. Spare tires that haven’t been checked (or lowered) for years. Those lowering mechanisms are trashed with rust, then you are cutting the cable.
I agree with ya. Agero has their ish together. Good rates. Allied, Gerber and All State are still decent for me. There are some scary ones like 24 Hours Group. Super low quality.
I am signed up with them for soft roadside services only. The digital dispatches have all been fine no issues there. It’s when they call for a tow or winch and I tell them I don’t have those services, I see on my portal it counts against me on the acceptance rate. I am a one man operation and it really hurts my volume.
You can do a rate review - Fill in your current pricing for soft services and fill in N/A for the rest of explain in the form that you do not have a tow truck.
They should not penalize you for going to da a battery jump and the problem turns out to be an alternator or starter. For starters their rates to be competitive are way too low. Also every time you call the Advocate Group with an issue its like they are reading a script. I want to talk to someone that can identify the issue and somebody investigate it. There are so many more issues i could bring up.
You are 100% with being penalized for a jump start. Rates are low especially for new providers, if providers would not undercut, this would not be an issue. Agero monitors this channel, post your issues so they can see. I tell providers all the time , if we are not vocal, than issues will not be addressed. A few months ago they did away with there provider live job hotline. Well , enough of us complained and they bought it back. Thanks for watching
Been with agero from the start. Like 9 years. As long you got the pictures and why you get paid. 98% of it don't talk to a person or chat. All description box. Maybe 4% is with a person. They even pay for oil clean ups on your truck from the car. Video it and pictures. If I do sign up with a motor club they have to beat agero ways or no go
