I bought a diamond watch from trax and it arrived broken. The crown of the watch came right out when trying to adjust the time making the watch unusable and they sent it out to me like that. I then when to New York in person to get the watch replaced only to find out months later they put fake diamonds in the dial, the only spot you can’t test the Diamond with a tester. I tried getting trax to admit to what they did and they just kept telling me to send it in but I didn’t feel comfortable with that being I was already sold fake stones in my watch. I thought talking with the owner of Trax (Maksud) and he told me to send the watch in and they would give a refund and I told him I didn’t want a refund for a watch that i paid for with no intention on returning for money back. He told me I was fake when I showed him I was at my jewelers and he tested the stones in the dial. Full video will be out on my channel and RSPproductionz main channel.
