They’re inconvenient at the least (for finding reloading components that is) but at the end of the day pretty much anything can be made by hand. Lead reclaimed and cast for projectiles, black powder made at home (one of the reasons I like the big-bore rifles and pistols-they work well with black powder and cast) and with enough training primers can too.
I don't follow the politics of YT, but I have noticed more and more channels have gotten the axe. Some for no reason other than "it offended me", or "I don't think this is appropriate for kids". The sad thing is that most of these channels, at least the ones that I follow, ARE 100% appropriate for kids. Especially this channel. I would have been THRILLED as a kid to learn this craft of reloading...but then that was the early '70's.
I wish it was still like that now. There are still kids (I would’ve been such an example, starting junior year of High School) that are interested and a large part of the viewers here are between 18 and 30, so there still is hope for my generation. On the flip side though, more and more people are “offended” by 2A content and will likely push us to other channels eventually.
I'm very new to reloading but saw the new guidelines and wondered when this would happen. They will likely call the reloaders manufactures of ammo in the near future. Thanks for sharing. Take care.
I am just getting started posting videos consistently, and this is frustrating to say the least. Also posting to Utreon and Rumble. My videos doing way better on Utreon than Rumble so far, so you'll probably have better luck on Utreon I think! Good luck!!
@The Reloading Craft definitely recommend that. Just got home from work and checked. Same video this week: RU-vid 212 views, Rumble 2, Utreon 85. So I think that's the way to go. I'll keep using all 3, but figured some stats might help you out. Hope Utreon catches on, they have some cool features. Have a great weekend!!
