Shalom! Welcome back! My advice to bring balance is your wife be able to scale back part time or not work at all and stay home with the babies if that’s possible. My wife came home and wish she would’ve done it sooner. She tried to go back to full time but now she’s missing being home and is scaling back to part time. It blesses our household tremendously! And she’s not burned out with work and being a mom! Because let’s be honest parenting is full time! Can’t get around that! Y’all will figure it out because y’all faith appears to be in King YAHSHAU!
I've been following you two for a long time... congrats on baby #2!!! Just curious, where you live, are vision boards common? They are here in the US. If interested, look it up and see if it's something you'd like to do. We just had a vision board party at our office last week. Maybe you can do individual ones, a family one, or both. Post it or place it somewhere commonly visible to remind you of your goals. They are fun to do. Just a thought.... 🤷♀
