WERE YOU AWARE THAT THE COVENANT IS ABOUT CHRIST AND HIS SHEDDING BLOOD?
An eternal will, also known as a Covenant Will, is an agreement between two people, groups, or nations - also written in the form of a testament, where the conditions of the agreement are written down and are externally enforced through the invocation of divine, spiritual, or external power.
This covenant is an unbreakable agreement that binds all the parties involved together and is passed through the generations. This Covenant binds people together even in the face of death. It includes promises to fulfill the wishes of the one who passed away and to keep their legacy alive.
The Covenant is seen amongst Scripture and is integral to God's plan. When God entered into a Covenant with Abraham, not only was he promised spiritual and physical security, but also promised that part of his legacy will pass on to future generations.
In Christianity, Jesus is the initiator of the covenant between God and humankind - in which He enforces His will in His death and resurrection. Through His death, the sins of the world were forgiven through His blood. This is described as the new Covenant, which replaces the former Covenant. Under this new Covenant, we can now be restored in relationship with God, through God's grace as believers.
The power of the Covenant Will is opened to the believer for the purposes of blessing, prosperity and blessing for generations. It is a promise of a legacy and a way for believers to receive the blessings of the divine; allowing them to be surrounded by spiritual fortification which is annexed to their name and those in their immediate lineage. It is an assurance that God's promises come to pass and provides a framework of faith and trust between God and the believer. It is a spiritual law of blessing that is activated through faith and carried into the future as a symbol of faith, hope, and love.
