You are definitely not alone. I am constantly reminded by how limited I am. My vocabulary, my ideas, my thoughts and even the extent of my feelings are just so limited. I feel really stuck a lot of the time, and by that I mean I am unable to progress even though everyone around me seems to be changing and growing. But the thing is who doesn’t feel this way? Aren’t we all desperately trying to be better and better and better? Sometimes it’s good to just sit and think and stop for a while. It’s ok that you’re not feeling up to par. It’s ok that sometimes all you want to do is stay in bed. You are still important and valuable and alive. And one day you’ll be satisfied with your limitations. And even if you’re not the next Einstein or Plato. It won’t matter because you’ll be you and that’ll be more than perfect. Being 20 is all about learning how to grow. I mean you’re looking at your childhood with rose-tinted glasses, but remember when you were that age you could not wait to be 20. All I’m saying is that no one is satisfied with what they’ve got, but that doesn’t mean they are more or less valuable than the next person. It just means they’re human.

@@siyaluvs I looked back at a document that i wrote its called "My Updates" i started writing in it in 2018 then i stopped and started up again in july. maybe try doing something like that you don't need to update it every day just when you need to. your not going to want to hear this because I prob sound like a solicitor, but I was so empty at one point, and it hurts to see other people that have to go through that as well. I won't pretend to understand your pain or what your going through, because I don't know, I'm not you. But in the end, when I felt that there was no point to go on. I went to a service at my church and they promised someone who would give my life purpose again, Jesus. And it was a beautiful name, he came into my life and it was like someone turned on a light. Right now, I still hurt and I'm still healing. My situation isn't ideal. Although I have a light in this room (life) and it tells me, keep pushing, your gonna make it. He gave me hope, and if you reach for him I know he will as well. You don't have to go to some fancy church or join a group (although church is fun if you have access to it) but if you can get access to one read a bible and pray to him, ask him to help you.

I know it's hard, since I felt what u feel. In the middle of 2018 I really am feel that I'm in the lowest part of Earth and start hating my own self. Then self harming was my escape or something to make me feel... idk. After that self harmed I end up with Bell's palsy, but gratefully play a game with my friend could makes me feel better those days. Then I could wake up right now, start my daily life. A bit story of my life. Hope u could enjoy your life someday🌻
