I'm already in my mid 30's when I was in my 20's I wanted to marry a woman overseas but luckily I spoke to my younger brother's friend who did meet a Russian lady in USA. He even advised me and recommended that it's better to find a woman in your own country. If you go on those free Russian, Ukrainian, Belorussian and Eastern European dating sites. Almost half of the women are divorced with and without kids. Go see for yourself. Also I'm not interested in having relations and relationships with single mothers with kids. I dislike gold diggers, cheaters, liars and scammers.

Ive met quite a few women from eastern europe online. Here is the difference I went to go meet them and they were all above board. Number twoo they never asked for money. They all were woman with honest jobs and were not just there to scam me. I think going to actually see them in person makes sure they are above board Dont send money bottom line. Be honest with yourself if they are 25 and you are 55 chances are this is not above board its just like meeting someone where you live. If it feels like a scam smells like a scam and tastes like a scam Its a scam. Be safe be smart and dont pay for people who you know are scamming you face the facts be honest with yourself.

As a woman who spent a lot of time in Russia and Eastern Europe, I would advise deleting "soyboy" and "beta" from your vocabulary, unless the person you are hoping to meet is Andrew Tate.

I have truly met someone who in the way I met them, and the way they communicate, does not fit any of these profiles you so clearly articulate. I myself am ok with being single there are more benefits of being single than being in a relationship. You can have more time to yourself, achieve your goals, achieve true happiness not fake temporary happiness you get from being in a relationship among other things. Way more benefits to being single than being in a relationship. Being in a relationship is a social construct brainwashing bs. It would be better if everyone just was single. Love is toxic and you can't think straight it shortens your life and makes you become selfish and possessive and obsessive. Jealousy is a wasted emotion.

Hey Conner, here’s a suggestion. Please do an investigative report on the dating sites Jump4Love & LookBride. Can you track down some of the girls who are “profiled” on these sites and get their inside take on it. That would be very interesting to hear first hand from the girls. Thanks.

in 2004 I went (twice) to Odessa and Nikolai. What I learned (it was way better back then), even though I was able to get through the staff and talk to the ladies, it was empty...so I just went to Odessa (you could pay $35 bucks for insta visa w/proof of lodging)..then I walked by a place south of Deribasovskaya st (think it was called "English Agency"..owner was honest and informative)....looked at images and met a nice lady and we painted the town.....has it changed that much and thank you Conor??...your the best in Ukraine!

What is scam? Relation between 2 persons. What do you expect? Each need something from the other, love or money. Fair game, who pulls more. The girl want money. The man, wants love. In ideal world he wants to be the “seductor”, get love for nothing. He feels bad if was to rentable, meaning that he pay too much. Who fault is that? Good that you have “clients” that could save their skin. I went there, just to have fun, of course that I have to spend money. I have no regret and don’t feel scammed, just have fun.

If you ask any local people, the vast majority will tell you it's a scam. These PPL sites started out honest at the very beginning, but as time went by they started seeing the earning potential in this, which corrupted the whole industry. The vast majority of Ukrainians are good, honest people. But scammers go where oblivious foreigners go. If you fish in a pond with 90% sharks, what do you expect to catch?

What you fear will appear. There are catfish women on all countries of the world. You pays your money and you take your chances. Some times your horse wins when you go to race track. Pessimism is good to a point. But if you go through life thinking the world is out to get you.; the world will most likely prove you right. Thanks for tips Conor. Not just the Russian/Ukrainian women. Be very careful doing any business or even showing your credit card to Russian/Ukrainian men. Mostly all of them have a scammer mindset, even if they don't do it full time.

Best thing to do is learn the language, get a passport, work out at least 6 months before going to Ukraine, shop for a better wardrobe, and finally go to Ukraine preferably a semi small/big city where there might not be a lot of scammers

I would be very surprised that the Russian woman are actually Russia and in Russia. Ukraine is desperately poor right now, and that is where the scams are common and where all the "Russian Marriage:" agencies are in Ukraine. I do not know any : marriage agencies in Russia since about 2002. Almost all the sites are owned by Americans or UK. If a Russian woman wants to meet a guy it is because she met him the natural way, random meeting while on vacation in Europe or Asia. Anyone who falls for these catalog agencies really is not ready for any relationship. The economy determines where these agencies open up, and that is why Ukraine is the center for these agencies which set up group Romance tours for high prices where 30 men meet 200 girls in "socials" which does include a few very attractive girls but they are paid to attend. The average girls might even be real. Since the EU allowed entry, most of the girls who seek a better life already left to either EU or Russia. The best way to meet Russian girls, a much more advanced economy is to go to beach resorts in Spain, Greece, Crimea or southern France who go on vacation on their own money and return home for their career. Or go to Moscow or St Petersburg because they are favorite internal vacation destinations, but Crimea or Sochi in the summer. I have never heard of a Russian girl scamming in 15 years,, since the economy improved so much. If a guy accepts a woman who has children they have a lot of options, Russian men usually do not date single women. I visited many times in the 80s and 90s but moved to St Petersburg Russia full time in 2000 after visiting 91 countries. Unless a man is cultured and well educated, plus adaptable he is NOT going to be compatible unless in a small village in Ukraine or in Russia. You will not meet any women who do not have a college degree in Russia but it is more often to find less educated women in Ukraine. Go to smaller cities because Kiev and Odessa because thousands of men arrive from all over to find women. Turkish men by the thousands arrive in Odessa and usually do not have a lot of luck because they come in groups o 4-6 similar young men. They are usually very polite and much better dressed and groomed than local men or western tourists. It seems the young men are much more careful dressing and styles than their own women. Most Ukrainian women are Orthodox and the Turks are Muslim so it is not common for marriage but they get dates. If a man is flexible and well-traveled they should just come to Russia or Ukraine and rent a house or apartment for a couple months and see if they can adapt to the culture and customs. I never suggest US men propose to any foreign woman with the intent of taking them back to live in the US. The influences of US woke society will make change her to have the same demands the women in his own neighborhood. To be happy with a mate from another society it makes to sense to take them back to a broken society. Move to her society and be influenced by the same culture that made her a desirable partner, will improve you the same way. The many American men I know who married Russian women ended up moving to Russia and love it, a much better quality of life and no stress about money or health care. Shedding the anger, division and crazy US society will be a real improvement in life for the man. It makes no sense to surround her with the same anger, division, and stress that caused American women an undesirable mate in 2021. Besides,she owns her home and your cost of living will be $5000-20000 less a month so any income your have will go a long ways, plus she will have lots of free time to travel since even those working in full-time jobs get a minimum of 56 paid working days off for vacation and holidays. Without the stress of American life of debt and high cost of living even if you work, you will feel almost guilty for how much free time you have and how often you can go out to do interesting things like concerts, fine dining, dancing, galleries, sports, jazz or blues clubs, opera, museums like you never saw before. That is the life she leads now. Good luck

I live here in Odesa and im just amazed how rude and terrible this people are and how they love to fuck up for you and the way expressing themselfes is horrible and robotic, unhuman people , really selfish and nornchalant ignorant arogant and so on. Like when i was talking to a women in the street she screamed to me go to a doctor and then run away... grown people.Who really need to go to psyciatrist of us really. Like al my contacts though the year here all contact disepear into smoke and so for all other forigners i met here saying the same.
