I am agreed 100% to you. But When I exercise with right weight but when I lift them Slowly I can hardly make 4 to 5 reps only...what to do ? and my muscle pains too much during lifting. is it good ?
Don't get me wrong, the guy in the video looks naturally strong, but a lot of other videos have guys who're clearly roiding giving advice. Which leads to a situation as to whether they believe or follow their own advice, or whether it's even applicable to most people.
sir, i just want to say that you are the best instuctor in youtube,, my deep respect to you, you help alot of people with your videos,, God bless you sir,, keep doing this videos please.. you deserve have alot more subscribers and viewers,,,
Thanks to you now I get to know how bad my trainer sucks. He shouldn't even be a trainer. If I haven't seen your vids i would have injured myself by now.
I am at the end of my personal trainer course and have been taught very stupid things. The majority of my knowledge I give clients come from what I learned from Leroy Colbert.
Moji you are the best coach in bodybuilding. I have been one of your avid followers for more than 3 years now. All the best Champ 🏆. I'm from the Philippines based here in Dubai. 💪
seriously! this guy gives us EXACTLY what we want? its direct, its not filled with "fluff" or empty words its just pure advice how we want it. Moji is a quality guy that knows what people are looking for and just puts it out there. he's like a (i know this a bad example in this context) drive through order - you know what you want - he got it - and he gives you the advice straight up so you can use it in your own routines. i pay my deepest respect to your passionate channel.
Not much youtubers with so much of detailed knowledge on building muscle like Moji 👍 I have question, I'll note it down in this form: Week 1 (bicep workout) - I felt the bicep muscle pain a lot after a workout the next morning. Week 2 (bicep workout)- I didn't feel any bicep muscle pain at all the next morning. Both sessions were in very good performance with the right amount of weight which I could control and I had enough time to recover. And I did the same workout, only in week 2 I increased the reps from 12 reps to 15 reps in good posture. Are you supposed to feel the muscle pain everytime you workout or not?
Just found your videos and they are of much help. I learn more here in a few mins. than watching other's guys vids. Good reminder of not letting our ego lift the weights for us, More than often you forget about that and increase the weights a little too much and loose form. Thanks.
Thank you! I’ve been looking for this kind of detailed explanation for a year and I’ve finally found it! I definitely use my ego in the gym. That is going to change now.
Just the best Person here on RU-vid! All other channels with million subscribers don't even tell the really stuffs instead they talk shit! You talk real stuffs which makes sense and helps us a lot, you explains the best and makes us understand in best way possible. Thank you so much!😁
+vinayak sharma thanks for the compliments man I appreciate that, and I'm glad my videos are helping you learn more about the science of building muscle the right and safe way.
Thanks Bro. Your advice is very useful. I work out at a gym that has a few pro looking bodybuilders and it's easy to feel as though I should be lifting more weight. But I find that when I do, I sacrifice form and control. So you're right, I need to check my ego at the door.
Hey, just wanted to say I've been watching a couple of videos on this topic trying to find advice like this. Your video was much more helpful than a load of much more popular gym channels! Thanks very much will be subbing and checking out your other content
The fitness bodybuilding industry needs more instructors with precise information like you! Too much BS information these days. Thank you for the knowledge.
Again one Great guy with a mediocre popularity. That's strange , He is the best tutor there and at par with another good trainer like Jeff Cavalier From Athlean x. I must say Moji is Nikola Tesla of health world
Thanks Miami Muscle Moji ! thankyou very much for teaching a very very important topic in such a easy but perfect way ... you yourself have answered many of our questions , really you are a great champion and a great teacher... love you
I appreciate u put effort into making this video, u truly r a great man. ur words r convincing .I quite enjoyed it hope u have more and more followers.
Great Video. I feel this applies to Compound exercises also, although from a technical perspective you cant isolate a muscle completely when doing a compound movement...you should still try to make the prime mover do as much of the work as possible and take other muscles out of it. Example Bench : when I contract my chest to move the weight my delts and tris are barely activated or fatigued. My total weight lifted goes down... but it doesn't matter for aesthetic purposes because my chest receives more load/tension and activation. Great Video.
Thank you for your assist.I have a problem with my tennis player's elbow, which exercises can't I do for this problem low weight high reps can be a solution especially while to make pull exercises its very paining.I'm trying to apply full body program regularly.Thank you.
+Venkatesh Makina This website was started by a couple of guys who wanted to know the best way to build muscle, using a muscle building champion, they found Moji and the rest is history! go to miamimuscleusa.com for more info...
I agree with most of what I heard except for the rep speed. I believe in Leroy Colbert's "super speed technique" where you basically use the heaviest weight you can lift without using moment while being able to basically do explosive reps (meaning you don't focus on doing the rep slow at the negative or positive).
Nice and precise information, can you do video on getting shred/lean ? What type of training we should follow ? High reps low weight or low reps and heavier weight?
great vid, I just wanna ask u, im new at the gym, it s been inly three months that im workinout, and I see that my body is in steady change, three days bacj I started usung creatine, and my ability to lift more weight increased, yesterday I was training my chest I used 39lb and I felt fine to complete all reps, knowing that I was not able to do the same workout just the week before, was that the magical effect of creatine? or simply my body became stronger, do u advice me to carry on using it or stop it to allow my body to grow naturally? thanks a million in advance bro, for all this support you give..
Thanks Moji for detailed information about weight management. One thing I have noticed while doing tricep extension, my right tricep feels the heat but not the left one. This happens with dumbbell curl as well or with any exercise. Please advise what will be the right way to keep engaging both left and right triceps so that both are getting benefits.
+Sukhjinder Singh it's almost impossible to load both side with the same activation, because one side will always be dominant. All you have to do is make you try to push more with the weaker side.
I also feel the pump more on my right side. Does it mean that my right side is weaker and hence fatigues quicker or is it because of pushing more by the right side?
I like your advice but im just not doing my exercises that slow....i just cant do it.....you can get good muscle stimulation and not have to go that slow
you are Boss of weightlifting I have a golf elbow pain in right hand there is no proper treatment effect I feel even I already checked more than 6 doctor s if you know any best way by your experience can help my it will be so kind of you. thanks
