Sir, approximately a year ago, I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis (IBD). In response, I diligently adjusted my lifestyle and dietary habits. Upon recent reevaluation via colonoscopy, it was gratifying to learn that a remarkable 90% of my colon has shown significant healing, despite the accompanying weight loss. Doctors say allopathic medicine can't cure it but according to Ayurveda it is possible. With eligibility looming in September, I find myself at a crossroads: should I take the exam or should I abandon my dream and goal of joining the armed forces?
@@rajatrajput9316 bro just take a plastic ruler and break it at 7 cm and join your legs and try to pass that ruler from knees to the ankle and If it gets struck congrats u don't have them if it passes easily then sorry bro
Sir, could you please provide more information about eye checkups and LASIK surgery in the Indian Navy SSC entries? Also, what is the waiting period after surgery for the next SSB?
Bro Lasik is acceptable but you will not get diver, marcos, submarine cadre otherwise you can join any wing even naval Air wing also but the time period between your Lasik and the day of medical should be more than 1 year.
@ABHISHEK BISHT please don't do this they are very experts they are not going to listen to they will check and tell according to them even Lasik is detectable under an normal slit lamp and if they have any doubt then bingo they will conduct an corneal topography test from there they will damn sure you had gone through Lasik my suggestion is to go legitimate even now a days Lasik is acceptable in army,Navy and airforce.
@ABHISHEK BISHT no never do these type of things you will be in military constituency if you try to become smart you will find yourself ending up in jail
@ABHISHEK BISHT Contura vision and epi Contura are advance technology which is used now a days and it's is us fda approved which means it's safe technology Contura vision works on topoguided laser in ssb only Prk is not acceptable apart from this any Lasik surgery is acceptable.Mine suggestion to you is once consult to your surgeon before going to any surgery. If you have high number go for Contura vision and if you have a low number like upto -4 go for epi Contura.
@ABHISHEK BISHT no just carry your original surgery certificate while your eye check up your doctor can ask for your surgery papers and certificate also he will also check you excat number before the surgery and you current number if he find all good then he will declare you fit in eye.
@Yash Mor sir, I am 21 and studing in 2nd year of my graduation course. I have been preparing for AFCAT 24. I had Asthma since I was 15 or 16. Now I don't have any asthma problem but, sometimes I face mild allergy problems. I was never concerned about my health, but now I am. I'm little bit under weight and my chest is 74cm and chest expansion is 4cm. I want to know about exercises and yoga that could help me to get fit. Kindly if you throw some light through your video, it would be very helpful for me.
@@justaboywithpurposeoflife okay I would consult an ent for it as I'm not sure what I have is polyps or not.. All I know my nose is most of the time is blocked and when I use otrivin that swelled up thing in my nose gets shrinked and again swells up when the effect of nasal drop ends.. I'm not sure if its a polyp or sinus😅😅😅
@@Meghnaa3860 nasal polyp is when your either side or both side of nostrils get blocked due to enlargement or growth of flesh tissue (as far I know) and its recoverable within a week or so when operated just a 10mins surgery...it takes..
@@Meghnaa3860 ohh...In that case there is a alternative you can go for oral treatments generally we cn consider homeopathy...as there are successful review out there on internet about it...
Thank you sir But I have a doubt I have pectus excavatum, so would I be considered fit after surgery. Please tell as I have adequate time to go under surgery of about 2 years.

Send me your questions again, and we can get him again for a Part II, for all medical issues. However, I once again request you all to first clear your written exams and SSB. Concentrate on that first. In case of serious medical issues get yourself checked and take corrective steps months in advance. Watch the video again and you will find all your questions have been taken up. Good luck and Jai Hind
Sir, would you kindly provide comprehensive details regarding the eye checkup procedures and LASIK surgery applicable to Indian Navy SSC entries? Additionally, I would greatly appreciate information regarding the waiting period required after undergoing surgery for the subsequent SSB assessment
I hope this message finds you well. I have a query regarding the SSB medical evaluation process. Suppose an individual (female) has one kidney that functions as two, and they have experienced no health issues as a result. This individual has actively participated in sports such as athletics and basketball, leading a completely normal life. In their recent SSB medical examination, all parameters meet the required standards. Despitethis, is there a risk of rejection solely due to this medical condition? (Doctor said that this individual won't face any issues further in life) Thank you for your assistance in addressing this concern
