Where is our star? get the 2nd line's wheels turning. #40 got a make an impression. On the defense, work on tightening up the blue line for a solid lock in front of #35 . In other words ; Just a some fine tuning, but over all ; Same verse as the first.
Some people were questioning how much ice Zadorov would see in a playoff setting but he looked totally at home in that environment. A player with size, physicality and willingness to stick up for his teammates while being able to actually play important minutes is something really hard to find, especially on defense. I think if they let him walk it would be a mistake because he brings something that very few players can provide. I actually liked the way they started the game (and the series). I think a more physical series where the defensemen are allowed to get away with more subtle interference/body checking as well as the old crosscheck in front of the net to clear space favours Vancouver. Tocchet and Foote played on that edge and they are aware that setting that edge, especially in a playoff series, requires establishing the mindset in your team but also subtly conditioning the referees.
I hope they can sign him for a reasonable deal and give him top 4 minutes, because it won’t make sense if they play him on the third pair on a 5 million dollar deal.
@@TheBluelineHockey Agreed. There are a lot of moving parts this off-season and while I'm not advocating for pulling the rug out from Quinn Hughes and letting his preferred D-partner (Hronek) walk to free agency *again* I have to wonder if he's worth 8+ mil a season to this team when Hughes isn't even making that. Lots of tough decisions for management to make I just hope they don't let Zadorov walk without even discussing a contract.
I feel, "Why comment and be nasty?" If we encouraged each other, the world would smile more, and the Nucks would win the Cup this year! I always enjoy hockey, especially when the Nucks are in the show. I hope you're doing well in school. Take care till the next video
Thanks! They went well. And I took the Clark video down because I don’t feel like I gave it my best. I want to come back and do a full version edited on a different software. I’m hoping to do it in the offseason.
"A dime a dozen" is the phrase. Not "A dime in a dozen". Not sure he used it correctly either. Was he talking about Joshua or the replacement players like Podkolzin? That was a confusing moment. 😂
Hey there! So I stopped writing scripts to make my videos more natural and less robotic. Therefore, I don’t run them through Grammarly anymore 😂 What I meant was guys like Joshua are rare breeds and difficult to find. Remember when we lost to the Bruins and the following year shipped Hodgson out for Kassian? It didn’t work out for us, but teams are always on the lookout for power forwards that can tilt the ice in their favour in the playoffs!
@@TheBluelineHockey Haha, fair enough! I definitely agree with your point though. It was clear how valuable Joshua was to our team when he went down with an injury and the club immediately went into a prolonged tailspin.
