I used to just watch players and mimic their moves, I teached myself a behind the back and through the legs like that but since I watch your videos it really helps!
I just failed a basketball tryout. Since I didn’t make the team, I won’t make any high school team because I need team experience. Now I have nothing to do with my life.
We have around 6-7 (legal) dribble moves in basketball. 8-9 if you count nutmegs and off the heezy 🤣. Everything else you could possibly think of is either a combination / variation of these. Or.. an illegal move 😆
so my interpretation of the branches is that i shouldn't think of each move or combo as something that goes by itself. A combo isn't a "move" by itself, it's a special way of LINKING moves together? #HandleGeek
Coach jesse, tell me about: After the last dribble, is it legal after the zero step on one foot to gather the ball(both hands or palm under the ball) when the opposite foot hit the floor then make another 1-2 steps?
Coach Jesse, If after my first dribble, I lean on my left foot (zero step) to jump into the air and, as soon as I fall on my left foot I lean on my left foot again to propel myself into the air forward, then I perform my second dribble with my 2 feet in the air before landing on my right foot, is that legal? 👉From beginning to end, my dribbling hand stays above the ball without catching it
Coach Jesse, what is called the first foot that hits the floor at the end of the stutter-step (from beginning to end, the dribbling hand remains above the ball without catching it): is it the zero step or the pivot foot?
Great video coach for me I practice every move i can think of just like kyrie he’s an artist so I gotta be creative but the move also has to make sense in situations
