Are You Qualified To Wear The Niqab? | MOTIVATION How to start wearing the hijab/niqab 

So true! People usually think that if a woman wears niqab it means she is perfect in her 3ibadah or that she has achieved the highest level of faith... And it is not like that. We all are humans and we all commit mistakes, and we all need to improve ourselves. I say this like a niqabi myself, I know other people who don't wear it and they pray more than me, they fast more than me and they read Quran more than me. I ask Allah to guide us and keep us in the right way!

Assalamu Alaikum dear Sister, I wore niqab for nine years, masha'Allah. When I moved to stay with my son I did not wear. niqab. After listening to your video for three times I realized that wearing niqab made me closer to Allah and I was very conscious as to my adab and how I conducted myself. I cried after watching your video and decided that Niqab was my means of being closer to Allah. When my son picked me up from my business dealings, he was so proud of me and said I looked so beautiful, masha'Allah. I have made a commitment to wear the niqab as long as I live, My son told me he could see my commitment to the Deen and to please Allah. i am not a Muslim, but i had a classmate who was and wore a hijab. halfway through our college semester she took it off because of the violence in the media. she was afraid she would be attacked. i felt sorry for her, for feeling afraid for what she believes in. i may not be a muslim, but if its what you believe in and you are happy, you should be able to practice and be happy without fear. interesting video.

I wore niqaab in my maternal uncle's wedding and I was so so criticized by this. Actually this was my first time , it's about 1 year I started doing hijab and now this was first time I did niqab in a relative's wedding . I did it because I don't feel okay with hijab only so I put on niqab .I was shocked to see eyes staring at me, talking about me , they were literally mad at me. I cried whole night to see how just wearing hijab just changed their behavior towards me. Anyhow I wore it for three days until and unless I came back home .And yeah I will continue it IN SHAA ALLAH But I feel weak and more sad now. Astagfirullah I don't know why but I feel kind of tensed ,sad and alone. Please pray for me.

Im a happy muslim woman now and Im living in an arabic country. Some time ago a sister came to me in a shop and was very surprised and asked many times why Im wearing niqab, there is no need for it...she said. Im still a new muslim and Im trying to do my best, I love niqab and I love islam and I feel more conected to allah, no one never forced me to cover my face. She was not convinced, Im also surprised that a sister could say it. I have never tought there is a sister who will say : take off ur niqab, u dont need to wear it.. but I want ! To start wearing niqab was not difficult to me. I wear niqab for Allah, and I wear because I feel comfortable, Im a white woman and I always felt not comfortable when men looked at me here, now I feel good. I take it off for my husband only and for prayer and of course when Im wth other sisters :) I love my niqab and just dont understand why a sister could come and criticize me for niqab. Is niqab controversial?

Subhanallah, from a young age I loved the niqab. I would always make niqab a out of my hijab. I wanted to wear it for the past year. So recently for the first time I went outside with it. And honestly it was a bit difficult I felt strange and extreme. But, even after that experience I went outside with it again and felt a little better. Inshallah I will try to go outside with it more often before I commit to it 100%. I haven’t informed my family yet because I myself am struggling to commit. Inshallah with dua and wearing it more often hope to be a full time niqabi. This is my current story but I would like to know what steps you’ve taken when becoming a niqabi? And how you committed to it?

I have lots of pimples and Niqab was my way of being confident in public. I am always thinking about wearing niqab most of the time. It's beautiful. really.. It makes you beautiful because you are trying to build a wonderful relationship to Allah Azzawajal. Because its not just a piece of clothing but also a form of worship and will help u remind to remain in state of Sabr. I wish and hope someday for me too ... May Allah make it easy for me 😥 I've been struggling even when i start to put my hijab because I am a revert muslimah... and Alhamdulillah even my family is very against it.. Jazakakum lahu khairan for this video. I've been having a strong urge to wesr the Niqob hence i started making my research.

I find myself increasingly drawn to the niqab to deal with my own vanity, and because of how liberating it seems to be, ahamdulillah. Not being recognized, gawked at or harassed is a very pleasant side-effect. Plus, it pleases Allah SWT. However, as a revert, I'm presently unmarried, struggling to find a community, as there aren't any mosques or visible Muslims in my small, Pacific Northwestern town. Wearing a niqab in public at work just wouldn't fly, either. So I'm looking for something at home. InshAllah, I find a solution sooner than later, but the struggle is real!

Assalamualikum wa Rahmat Allah wa barakatuh. I've deeply listened to every single word you've spoken in this video, and you gave me all I need to restore my courage for trying to convince my parents to let me wear the khimar at least. Last summer, I've tried to convince them to wear the khimar, since I found a couple in my grandma's house which had belonged to my aunts before their marriage, since after they married they wore black niqab and khimar. I tried them on me and I found out I look way more beautiful in khimar and niqab more than short hijabs. I trained for hijab when I was 9 years old, and wore it officially when I was 10, all by my own choice, no one forced me to wear it, alhamdulillah. I became eventually tired of convincing when they rejected the idea more than once and told me that they have all rights to force me to not wear it because I am just 13. My classmates told me that I was crazy, since wearing the hijab so young all by choice is rare. They also called me as 'living under a rock' because I know nothing about singers or Instagram bloggers or music bands, but I actually like myself for not knowing any of them and am happy that my parents encouraged me to memorize Quran and never let any music in the house. I understood what it means to wear hijab when I read Surat Al Nour, and I had that feeling that tells me that this is the right thing to do, and I tried going out with the khimar with grandma, and I felt better. Can you please tell me how I should solve this problem and convince my parents to accept my request...? by the way, my google name is fake😅😅 My name is Jana...

Our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said that we show gratitude to Allah also by expressing gratitude to His servant. I just want to say thank you for making this video, from the bottom of my heart. I started wearing niqab after months of wanting it and making dua to Allah. I had a niqab that was given to me by a friend, hanging from my door for months. Every day before I left the house, I looked at this niqab hanging from my door, wondering if today is they day? No. But Alhamdulillah, I finally felt that I was ready to have an opportunity to wear it, and put it on this last Friday, Alhamdulillah. Shockingly, I ended up being cat called for the first time since I put on my hijab. I was wearing a loose-fitting abaya at a correct length for my height, non-conforming undergarments, and fully covered, of course. And then at the masjid after an event, I was approached inappropriately by a man that said he was sooooooo attracted to modesty and insisted that I share my contact information. I was so embarrassed. I got home and I cried and cried to Allah. And then I called a niqabi that I know personally from the masjid, wanting to receive support and advice. She strongly suggested that I do not start wearing the niqab, and that I educate myself more on Islam before I put it on, and suggested that Allah must have sent these misfortunes to me to tell me that I am not ready for it, because nothing like that has happened to her since she put hers on. It hurt me. I don't need to be qualified in order to improve my character. My intention is to improve my adab, and seek Allah's protection from conceitedness. Thank you for making me feel seen, and not like a failure.
