Do not fall in love with this dunya. This world is nothing but an illusion, you only find true happines in the rememberence of allah. And that keeps you away from depression, anxiety, stress.

@@rikaros8095 what is being told is that do not fall in love with the darkness of this world or bad actions. For example, dont change your morals for the worse to fit in with a friend group or to become popular as this life is only a test and you should only wish to earn Allah affections not anyothers
+Ali Baba You can, but only if Allah wills it. If Allah wills anything to happen, then it will happen. If we help anyone, then that is only through the power of Allah (SWT). May Allah protect us at all times, ameen.
Sometimes Im so ashamed of myself that I only come to Allah when i'm so depressed. I thanked Allah for giving me this simple test that made me come back to Him. I indeed felt deeper comfort when I know that the only One who will stay by my side and help me is Allah. Pray for me that I can get through this test and remember Allah always even when Im not depressed.

I have been in a hardship phase for months, the pain and struggle suffocates me daily and recently I have been faced with an even bigger hardship. I have been mistreated so much subhan Allah humans are toxic. I know it's important to put faith in Allah but somewhere I can't see hope, I make dua constantly but still struggle to sleep and wake up. I pray and hope you can all pray for me, that Allah relieves the hardship and replace what I have lost with something and someone a hundred times better. Your prayer is my only hope.
Hi sister it has been a year since you posted this I hope Allah gave you relieve and happiness am . I have been in a hardship for 2 years please pray for me

Depressed, don't take easy. al-Quran have the solution..and we should to read, tadabbur the ayah.. understand the meaning. May Allah s.w.t bless all of us..inshaALLAH 🌹
Depression and anxiety for more than five years ruined my life completely. But I am sure Allah's help is very near. As I experienced, Quran heels the heart and is the best medicine to relieve depression.
Assalamualikum brothers and sisters. this is a great reminder and please always remember to always read the Quran , keep it close to your heart , if not a page read 1 line even but read it , WATCH HOW ALLAH SHOWERS YOU WITH MERCY everyday make a habit of reading a little bit if you don't have time even recite 1 verse ! Just opening the Quran and holding it gives you calmness in your heart and Allah keeps you close to him. Always remember to turn to Allah first, ask for his advice, and I guarantee you 100% he will give you all the answers you need. take one step in the direction of Allah and he takes 10 steps in your direction. Allah is there and always will be. all of this ... Will fade. May Allah help those in need and those suffering. Ameen...
I'm only 13 and alhamdullilah Allah guided me I used to have really bad thoughts and never used to care about death but now I read my 5 salah and I try my best to practise other good deeds but it sounds weird coming from a 13 year old that recently im feeling down I made dua to allah that when it comes to bad deeds help to refrain from them but I feel like me reading my salah hasn't given me that much contentment why is this is it coz I'm still young or what ?
I wouldn't say its because you are young, its a gradual change where you'll feel a connection with Allah that improves with time. Its great you started practising much earlier. Less qadha salah to make up afterwards
@112912778401393993645 My advice would be that at the end of your salah or maybe at any time, take time to just talk to Allah swt freely, with all due awe and love. Talk to Him about anything on your mind and however it comes naturally. Ask Him to guide your steps. Allah swt always provides in many ways and we only need to turn to Allah swt. I would also say do simple acts of charity for Allah swt. Take some time with the Quran as well asking Allah swt to guide you. Listen to the Quran recitation. This important because Allah swt says how if He gave the Quran to a mountain you would see it split apart in awe of Him. You can also read the translation of the meaning of the Quran. You can read the Quran in Arabic if you know Arabic. There are also all the linguistic miracles of the Quran as well that you can find on youtube. Insha'Allah, this helps. This is very good to see young people taking heed of Allah's swt Guidance. May Allah swt bless you.
Brother , I am also the same age , it's nit beachside we r young , we have to pray it from our heart and understand the verses of what we r reading , we will be addicted to salah , enshallah
+Love youtubers Brother/sister. It is a blessing that you have found the Mercy and guidance and that you are praying to Allah. You have found that connection at just the age of 13. Many people live their entire lives and die of old age without ever experiencing that connection with Allah. So know that Allah has chosen you at a young age and He loves you. Allah said, "Fear not. Indeed, I am with you both; I hear and I see." Quran 20:46 No i dont think it has anything to do with your age. We all do bad deeds. we are human after all but Allah loves those who do a bad deed but repents straight after. So keep on repenting. NEVER feel that Allah will not forgive you. Always have hope. As far as you salah is concerned there are times when we all feel up and down. sometimes we feel so much khushu(sweetness) in salah and sometime we don't. thats because our hearts are in a constant state of change. it is shaitaan that make you think that your salah is not working. trust me I know. Shaitaan wants you to leave salah so that when Allah will ask you about salah you will disappoint Him. so my advice NEVER leave ur salah even when you don't feel connected to it. because one day you will. Thats how Merciful Allah is. He has made obligatory on us to pray salah yet is is not obligatory that you feel contentment in it or not. Of couse you have to try you best. May Allah keep us all on the straight path!
Allah o akbarr...belive me today i have through a psychiatrist he gave me some antidepressants but now my eyes are opened thank you the daily reminder jazakaAllah khairaa may Allah almighty shower His countless blessings upon ur whole team may Allah together we all in janna firdous..

my depression comes from my family treating me like im worthless, I do everything yet they constantly insult me and laugh at me, masha allah this video helped me greatly thank you
Mashaallah. This is just the lessons of some Quranic verses. It touches our heart so deeply. Imagine what will happen if we reflects upon the whole Quran. MashaAllah. We will surely live in peace, no matter what happens. Allah. Please help us reflects upon Your words in the Quran. Ameen!
I sometimes feel really suicidal and depressed because of all the bad things happening in this world... and now everybody is blaming muslims for everything. I feel so upset that I just want to leave this world, because I can tell judgement day is coming, because indecency and islamophobia is just everywhere. I am a practicing muslimah, and for me it just feels like I'm trapped in a cage of bad people. This video came in my recommendation list, and I thank Allah for making me feel better through this. Ameen.
I'm very young still in my early teenage years but I've had anxiety and depression at a younger age because I've went through a lot especially with my family.. but ever since.. 10 months ago.. everytime I fell in the darkness.. instead of waiting for someone to hold out their hand to pull me out.. I rely on Allah to give me wings.. and Wallahu everytime I fall and turn back to Allah it is the best feeling ever. May Allah keep us all guided

JazakAllah kher for such an amazing lesson :-) And a request to all my Muslim brothers and sisters, please ignore all those who are cursing our religion, they're just attention seekers who were ignored by their families and friends. Its enough that the teachings of Islam and our beloved Prophet's teachings touch our souls in a unique way. We are at peace by Allah's mercy, let them be in whatever state they want. Dont fight with them, just show them our religion and don't waste your time fighting them even if they fight us..

Mashallah, such a beautiful video! My Uncle passed away a year ago on the 4th of November 2014, since that day, my whole family had broken up! Everyone has become sad but we still have some (only a little bit) of happiness in the world. My Aunt (the wife of my Uncle) has become so DEPRESSED. The reason we were so sad (and still are) was because he was EXTREMELY kind to everyone! Especially his parents (my grand dad and grand ma)! He was the most favorite son my grand dad and grand ma have ever had! He was the best big brother my mum could ever have and the most best little brother my other uncle could ever have! All I could say is, he was respectful, responsible, kind and generous! Now that I've watched this video, I will tell my family to read the Quran at all times, the most saddest bit is that he has a 9 year old son and a 14 and 12 year old aswell (he has 3 sons), the 9 year old, only had his dad for only 8 years in his life and he's only a child.
How do we deal with grief and anxiety (Part 1 of 4): the human condition……… The average human being in the developed world battles sadness and worry on a daily basis. While the majority of the world’s population confront extreme poverty, famine, conflict and despair those of us privileged to lead relatively easy lives must tackle fear, stress, and anxiety. Why are those of us blessed with riches beyond compare immersed in loneliness and desperation? We are living in a time of confusion, we try as we might, yet gathering material possessions can do nothing to mend broken hearts, and shattered souls. Now, more than at any other time in human kind’s history, stress, anxiety, and psychological problems are taking a tremendous toll on the human condition. Religious beliefs should afford a sense of comfort however; it seems that 21st century man has lost the ability to connect to God. Pondering the meaning of life no longer overcomes a feeling of abandonment. This desire to acquire material possessions, which in some way validates our reason for being, has become the balm that soothes our troubled souls. Why is this so? We have the best of (Read more)…........ www.islamreligion.com/articles/3516/viewall/..... Dealing with Grief (part 1 of 5)... War. Famine. Suffering. Not a day goes by that the evening news does not report horrific stories of humanity in despair, and of worldwide misery. On a more personal level, many of us have been stricken with grief and depression in our day to day lives. A loved one passes away. A financial downturn. A cheating spouse. Why then does God allow bad things to happen to good people? This is a question that people of many religious faiths have struggled with for hundreds of years. It is one of the greatest stumbling blocks to faith and has led countless people to disbelieve in God altogether. Theists have tried to reconcile God and evil in a number of ways. Some pagans claimed that God hates evil, but He is powerless to prevent it. This idea, however, is rejected in the Quran, because it questions God’s status as The Almighty (Al-Azeez), The All-Powerful (Al-Jabbaar), The All-Strong (Al-Qawiyy), and The All Capable (Al-Qadeeir). Others have claimed that perhaps God is capable of removing evil, but He does not know when or where evil will happen. This idea relegates God to a fireman who only comes to the scene of a fire after half the building has burned down. Yet, this too is an unacceptable claim, for God’s Names in the Quran include The All-Knowing (Al-Aalim), The All-Seeing (Al-Baseer), The All-Hearing (Al-Samee'), and The Constant Owner and Controller of Everything (Al-Maleek). In fact, it would be considered blasphemous to question God’s Power: if God wanted to remove all evil on this earth, then nothing could prevent Him from that... www.islamreligion.com/articles/1803/dealing-with-grief-in-islam-part-1/ The Search for Inner Peace (part 1 of 4) Patience and Goals in Life…… The topic of inner peace addresses a universal need. There is nobody on this planet that does not desire inner peace. It is not a desire that is new to our time; rather, it is something that everybody has been searching for throughout the ages, regardless of color, creed, religion, race, nationality, age, sex, wealth, ability or technological advancement. People have taken a variety of different paths in trying to achieve inner peace, some through accumulating material possessions and wealth, others through drugs; some through music, others through meditation; some through their husbands and wives, others through their careers and some through their children’s achievements. And the list goes on. Yet the search also goes on. In our time we have been led to believe that technological advancement and modernization will produce for us physical comforts and through these we will attain inner peace. However, if we were to take the most technologically advanced and most industrialized nation in the world, America, then we would see that what we have been led to believe is not factual. The statistics show that in America some 20 million adults suffer from depression yearly; and what is depression but a total lack of inner peace?……(Read more)…www.islamreligion.com/articles/633/viewall/
