Being spiritually weak is the natural course when you have been slaved by your own vices for a long period. Effeminacy and attachments to earthly things do play a lot in this. You just have to force yourself out of it.

Perfectly said. Another great way to avoid demonic oppression is Adoration before the Blessed Sacrament. I have a very special devotion to Saint Joseph, He is also considered as a guardian of our dreams. I have had dreams where I actually fly with the Rosary in my hands and I've had dreams of Padre Pio Praying for Me in My Church; I remember a few years ago I actually woke up Praying! And I agree! Continuous communication with God is key. Lectio Divina is a very powerful and wonderful means of keeping all evil spirits at bay. I've been keeping a prayer journal for a long time and I always love looking back on the pages to see how much I've grown in my relationship with God. Please keep me in your prayers! I need to work a lot better on fasting, I haven't fasted in a while. And I don't think it's extreme, I think it's simple and easy. I love Reading books of the Saints! I started on "The Hidden Treasure, Holy Mass" by Saint Leonard of Port Maurice and it's a wonderful book. Saint Gemma is a particular Saint that I've been praying to lately; Her Intercession has really helped me out in the past couple days.

Funny that you mentioned your dream. One early morning, I was half-awake and felt something was pinning down on me. Also felt chains! But once I said “Ave Maria”, the feeling of chains loosened up. And the weight of that invisible thing was no more. Spiritual warfare is real guys!

When I’m in a spiritual battle, I call on St. Michael. He’s the general of God. Unlike generals you see in movies, this heavenly general will go to the front lines and fight Satan and his demons with his bear hands. He takes my right flank, and my patron saint, St. Joan of Arc, takes my left flank

Wow I just had a demonic dream and look at this...I’ve literally been having weird nightmares where demons keep attacking me. When I first started going to mass I had a dream where I was in the kitchen talking with my mom, and she gasped and in fear pointed behind me and this, Lord rebuke-being was huge behind me and angrily tried to attack. I woke up and prayed and then last night, I had another scary torment but at the same time I’m annoyed because I know that God is all powerful and the enemy is mad. Keep me in prayers and thank you for this video.

I've only just watched the beginning of the video but I can relate to what you're saying for me personally I find adoration to be really difficult, I get very bored which is not a good thing I know and honestly, I get restless, sitting down for too long gets literally physically painful for me. If you feel this way like praying and worshiping is too difficult you are not alone, I think we all feel this way and If Im being honest I don't think enough people are brave enough to admit it so they can seek guidance.

Father Ripperger is awesome to watch, listen, and learn from. He's such as an excellent speaker. LOL....he can also be quite funny, in a dry sense. Also, it's ironic that you released this video the day after (which was yesterday), I was having a hard time concentrating during Mass (Fri, Sat, Sun) and reciting the Rosary. I was so frustrated by this. I guess I must be doing something right, if I am being demonically targeted for oppression.

Thanks for the video. I really needed this. Ive been struggling recently with more and more temptation to sin. I humble myself when reading about the saints. I read about them by receiving daily e-mails from the catholic company. I order some stuff from their site and every day I get e-mail about the months devotion, a passage from a book, and a information about a different saint each day.

I struggle with Bible reading but Father Schmitz Bible in a year has been helpful and he’s gifted in explaining the Bible too

Hi Amber, You touched on some of the reasons but you did not touch on desolation or the second part in discernment of Spirits. Sometimes dryness or feeling an absence of God has nothing to do with you but is God's way of making you stronger spiritually. St. John Of the Cross, St Therese of Lisieux and St. Teresa of Avila all went through this as well St. Mother Teresa. Spiritual dryness is not necessarily a punishment. I would suggest getting a book on Discernment of Spirits. Thanks for all you are doing.

Great post and very helpful. I'm going to seek inspiration from the Saints. I've done two 10 day water fasts. My advice is to knock off the bread (except maybe the Eucharist). Try to do it on days off. I recommend avoiding any vigorous exercise. For me, the first 2 days were very difficult. Day 3 was a little better. Day 4 and onward, I felt normal, albeit hungry, but fuctional. Take care, God Bless 💞

I know what you mean is the enemy trying to pull you away from God. When that happens you have to pray and your laziness or all the weight that you feel will go away. My 📿 makes me burp sometimes throw up. Demons will try to act like you so they could control you or think like if it was you thinking once you identify it your good.
