The right play in case of ice block was actually playing antonidas at 9:02 and stealth it. Next turn you play 2 apprentices and 2 molten reflections, trigger the ice block, use time warp and finish him on the extra turn. But, of course, Amaz will just do whatever he wants....
Could have waited 2 more turns before going... still had both blocks so easy peasy, put him on 1 and he dies to fatigue... it was literally impossible to lose that game
Fruit flies undergo three stages of development before emerging as adults: egg, larva and pupa. At room temperature, fruit flies can develop into adults within one to two weeks. The egg and larval stages span approximately eight days, while the pupal stage lasts six days. The adult fruit fly lives for several weeks. Twenty-four hours after a female fruit fly lays her eggs, larvae hatch. Fruit fly larvae undergo molting stages known as instars, during which the head, mouth, cuticle, spiracles and hooks are shed. During the larva’s third instar, it crawls to a drier area to pupate. The pupa case is formed from the larval skin as it darkens and develops a hard surface. Fruit fly adults develop in this pupal stage. Twenty-four hours before the adult emerges, the pigmentation of the eyes and the folded wings are already visible through the pupal case, called the puparium. The pupa darkens just before the adult fly emerges. When metamorphosis is complete, the adult fruit fly pushes its way through the anterior end of the puparium, known as the operculum. Initially, the fruit fly is light in coloration, with expanded wings and an elongated abdomen. Within a few hours, the fruit fly darkens, extends its wings and expands its abdomen. Approximately 48 hours after emerging from the puparia, female fruit flies are sexually mature and can begin breeding and laying eggs. Adult fruit flies are fertile for the entirety of their life spans. Female fruit flies can store sperm from multiple inseminations for use in future egg productions.
Wouldn't this have been better: 1.) Antonidas 2.) Cloak field 3.) Pass turn Next turn is secured by ice block 4.) Girl 5.) Girl 6.) Molten reflection 7.) Molten reflection 8.) Waygate 9.) Spam fireballs. This would've allowed two turns of fireball spamming and therefor he could've played around Ice block.
RipN8R to trigger the Ice Block, which luckily the priest didn't have. But if you didn't know, Ice Block is a card that makes your hero immune when you take lethal damage
if u think it was iceblock why did u not play anti and stealth him and the turn after go off with the girls so u can play timewarp after u poped him and just kill him? i mean yeah maybe he can kill stleath anti but with what? U can even give him one more health. i think it was way more dangerous to play it this way if it was iceblock i can just play amara and evil or something. thoughts?
What do you mean? Piloted Shredder gives you one random 2-Cost minion, and was activate twice when everything exploded due that sheep. If you see closely after the explosion, he has 5 minions on board, and four of them were summoned by the Piloted Shredders (Baron Rivendare just survived the explosion)
What a fun and interactive deck. Sure it takes a lot of skill to play it. Man, they should make mages have an easier time, with some good cards, they don't have enough.
i cant tell if this is a funny joke to emphasise how broken and 0 skill this deck is or if you are genuinely just retarded to think that this deck isnt 0 counterplay broken
Roberto Alvarez he isn't saying why did amaz play both but why did they both go off. the first one played should have killed the second one played. it doesn't really matter but just another show of inconsistent coding. obligatory fuck this deck.
Why didn't he keep a freeze and forced the priest to keep his board full? He wouldn't be able to play Amara and Amaz would have won next turn! Because if he had something like holy nova and the secret was Iceblock, he would have rekt amaz
I dont really like exodia mage that much cause of the dependence it has on the cards.. Like if you lose your antonidas to a silence, the combo is pretty much over! But nice vid Amaz! :)
There is NO Spell that can be Cast after the Combo Starts from the Enemy. There is ONLY 2 Thing that kill you: an Ice Block be put to 1 with no card to draw Girl Girl Molten Molten, Spell To Finish Quest Quest NEW TURN FOR YOU Anton ! A Spell, Bazillion of Fireballs. Game over
Dude i know how it works.. But if you play against some aggro and you, like amaz is waiting for a second girl from your deck, you can easily get put down to 0 before even getting a chance to combo Thats just how i see it
"It's important to let him at 1" Mmm m8, if that was iceblock, you would have just lost, since we wasn't going to take any fatigue dmg that turn and he had Amara in his hand. Just pointing that out skillfull Amaz
You are right on the misplay, he did disconsider amara, yet amaz had two cards before fatigue and antonidas was stealthed, so the onyl way for him to lose would be: Dragonfire Potion into heals shadow word horror into heals Escavated evil into heals Note:after the first card and before the heals another answer would be shadow word death or else amaz would deal 12 fireball damage each turn along 1 from ping and 5 from antonidas in any case the priest would need 18 healing each turn unless he drew death, still needing more healing since primordial glyph is balanced
mavanero but it's still the correct thing to do. So yeah he is skilful. Better than you lol. That's why he's in the video and you're just sat in the comments.
Hejira#2854 I mean I'd just fireballed his face to death, since wasting all the time on the minions would have mean nothing, He could have got the game crushed, so in this case I got it better than him since I spotted that if that was ice block Amaz wouldn't have won, so... Even pros make mistakes, don't get me wrong I never said I was better than him, Amaz is 2 good and sexy for me, I'm just saying that fireballing the minions could have costed him the game in case the game bugged, like sometimes happen.
I haven't found the game to bug from fireballing minions. I think it was the correct line of play. It removes his board presence and gives him 5 mana next turn to do anything (After playing Amara) so no dragon fire. Assuming they drop an excavated evil, he now is at 0 mana and Amara at 5. Antonidas is still alive with 4, so he can fireball Amara. Attack face because stealth is over. Fireball once more. I'm not sure what the RNG from primordial would have given him, so we can say he had a -decent- chance of Pavel RNG (assuming there was a shadow word death the next turn to kill Antonidas after dropping 40 health priest to 29, if not he would have won for sure.)
iikite Well then lucky you, I have suffered that bug many times while trying Antonidas otks, the game sometimes bugs when you play the fireballs fast enough. This is still RNGstone so
+Zaluskowsky Excavated Evil, Amara, Warden of Hope would be a problem too. It's not all that unrealistic either since he has Amara with 100% certainty, and he's gone through most of his deck with no situations that casting Excavated Evil in would have been good,
The quest lets him set up the four apprentices on one turn, then play Antonidus on the next one without letting his opponent have a chance to react. There isn't enough mana to play them all on one turn, and the other player might have a clear to get rid of the combo.
yet it requires multiple ticks off of him, the best case scenario would be 2x apprentice 2x echo 2x molten 1x (any zero or one mana spell like freeze or arcane) 1x Antonidas 8 Cards totalling 27 mana minimum (or 28 if the spell is one mana) but for the combo you just need the echos, apprentices and antonidas! ok still costs 21 mana on 5 cards(without spell) with one tick it costs 16 double apprentice leaves you at 6 mana, already impossible to double echo without two ticks or to antonidas without another turn
Teacups&Chocolate lol no. 2 apprentices=2mana, apprentices reduce molten reflection to 1 mana, which is then reduced to zero, leaving 7 mana unspent antonidas can also be only 6 mana. That leaves an extra mana for if you missed a combo piece with your Thaurrissian tick. 1+1+1+0+6=9
God you two are chat lethal incarnated. How can you not do simple fucking math? Thanks Shoot Right Here for not being an idiot like the other two, cheers mate.
It pains me to see Amaz playing this mage deck...I mean wow it takes sooo much skill to win with an infinite damage deck! And don't say "aggro can easily counter it" - have you seen the amount of freezes and removals these decks have? Cmon man..
the deck is heavily affected by draw, if you don't draw your freeze you lose the combo, if you don't draw arcane intelects you take a lot more to get your combo, if you don't draw thaurissan you present no real threat still...GIANTS QUEST MAGE FTW
