It varies , we must first inspect your property and see exactly what you want us to do and how involved you want us to be and only then we can give you an accurate evaluation of our service charge and what it includes

@@SananSanani Let us say that a full package is needed with very minimal involvement of the owner. By the way, i am just asking generally as I am still searching for a property to purchase.

@@sbadrawi2011a $20/m2 is the fee of our white hat contractor. Typically, all fees inclusive - we charge roughly $3000-3500 to convert a black/white frame 65m2 apartment to a green frame + fully furnished , and equipped property ready to move in. Including 2D & 3D design and designing the layout. This includes: Technical Mapping, Design, Hiring, Management, Quality control, 1 year guarantee for snag works that might appear after owner / tenant moves in. However, there is no fixed rate, we must first inspect the property and draft up a BOQ & Work timeline and only then we can give you the final quotation.

@@SananSanani I really cannot comment on the price as I am still in the stage of locating a property and have not researched other costs! So, besides the $3000-$3500, the owner still needs to cover the building materials(including the bathroom) and the furniture! I totally understand that we are just talking about estimates here. It is fair enough! What I like about watching your videos are the straight up front answers! Keep up the good work!

@@sbadrawi2011a You’re welcome! Yeah you’ll get all sorts of prices from all sorts of people it’s difficult to say, especially when the renovation differs from project to project. I was also looking for these sort of answers when I first started. I’ve spent around $350-400/m2 from black frame to green frame + fully furnished and fully equipped for long term rent. Some might say that’s expensive in georgia. I beg to differ. It gets me the type of quality tenants I am after, tenants that I can call good friends of mine.
