I always remember the thief on the cross; All he did was simply believe, he did not repent of sin nor do good works (how could he? He was moments from death), and was saved.
@dylan6996
@dylan6996 Год назад
Thats the difference he was a the door of death we can't go on living in willfull sin and be lukewarm our whole life and tell ourselves oh its ok Jesus will forgive me anyways and take me to heaven God knows the heart and it is necessary to preach about bearing good fruits also Jesus himself preached quite a bit about it ‭‭John‬ ‭15:5‭-‬7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ [5] “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. [6] If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. [7] If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. ‭‭Matthew‬ ‭7:16‭-‬17‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ [16] You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? [17] Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. [19] Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. [20] Therefore by their fruits you will know them. Yes if you TRULY turn to Jesus you will be saved but Jesus said it if truly you're in him your faith is in him you WILL bear good fruits as a matter of fact people will KNOW you're his by your fruits Yes we are saved by grace through faith but its dangerous to stop speaking at that because people need to realize also that we cannot live the way we used to want to when we turn to him and just use God's grace to freely sin all our lives

I was trusting in the same way JiDion did with works but I repented and turned to free grace. He also forgot to read 1 Corinthians 6:11 where it says that you are redeemed in Christ and not considered unrighteous and we are saved and righteous because of what Jesus did and not by our actions. I remember watching a livestream of Young Don when he was talking about free grace being the way so I prayed about it and then I received a dream from God with a Bible scripture Ephesians 2:8-9. This was around late January of this year. I wasn't always a Christian because I I grew up Hindu and Catholic. I naturally gravitated to that background of getting into Heaven by doing good because of that background.

@cocoachris9334
@cocoachris9334 Год назад
@Bones18No, there is absolutely nothing you can do to lose your salvation, even when you stop believing. Because that would mean if you start believing you are Born Again AGAIN, and the scriptures do not teach this. And the scriptures do not teach this because they only teach eternal security.
@cocoachris9334
@cocoachris9334 Год назад
@Bones18 Everything I just said is biblical. There is nothing you can do as a believer to lose the holy spirit, not even through unbelief. The whole point of the Gospel is that people do not love God will all their mind and so Jesus had to do it for us. That includes our belief; we do not fully believe the gospel 24/7, otherwise, we would be completely perfect. Forfeiting your salvation is the same as losing the holy spirit. There is no verse that would suggest it is possible to lose the Holy Spirit. On the contrary, there are numerous verses that point to the holy spirit remaining within a believer until the day of redemption (the day we receive our glorified bodies). And If one of the goals of the Holy Spirit is to be a comforter, it will surely comfort the believer in times of doubt, and doubt could span an immeasurable amount of time. To say that Jesus or the Holy Spirit will let go of that believer is erroneous and unbiblical. One you are a son, you are always a son. One you are born of God, you are always born of God. Once you are of the Spirit, you live in the Spirit, and it is up to you to walk in your new living. You will not be forsaken if you choose not to live or continue in belief, however, you will grieve the holy spirit and you will also receive chastisement.
@graftme3168
@graftme3168 10 месяцев назад
@Bones18A believer cannot apostasize. The Bible even says that whoever is born of the Spirit is born of incorruptible seed that lasts forever. It is God that keeps us, not our own self. Believing is KNOWING! When you are young and someone tells you that one plus one equals two, you assume it is true, but when you truly experience that one plus one equals two, you KNOW it is true and nothing can change your mind about that. You can't UNknow something you know. That's pretty impossible unless you get brain damage. And, I think God would continue to extend His grace in that case.
@graftme3168
@graftme3168 10 месяцев назад
@Bones18 You can check in, but you can never leave. That's a song, but it still applies. It is God that keeps us. Don't you think he knows whether someone would give up or not? He doesn't give someone eternal life and then take it away. Then, it wasn't eternal. It was conditional. The Gospel has no conditions except believing in Jesus Christ. Nobody can UNknow what they know.

The only reason why many christians don't sin is because they think that if they do it they will go to hell... their reason is not love. If you take hell out of the equation they simply don't have reasons to live a holy life... "Why would I have to live a holy life if there's not punishment for me?" They need to believe there's a punishment for them in order to decide to live a sinless life. They simply love themselves more than God...

@doublev1454 Год назад
@@aramanaod What I’m referring to isn’t the kind of punishment that says “you did something wrong so here’s some punishment” It’s more so that God is molding and shaping us into the image of his son. Sure, God has removed our sins and no longer holds them against us in the sense that we are justified but, sin in the flesh stills occurs even for believers who may have backslidden and are not walking according to the spirit as they ought to be. “For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, And scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness. Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭12‬:‭6‬-‭11‬ ‭KJV‬‬

@kamekomiyamora
@kamekomiyamora Год назад
I'm always amazed when people quote certain scripture to prove a point...and miss out the literal next or previous verse that says otherwise. The Corinthians verse he quoted is followed by 'and so were some of you, but you were cleansed by Jesus'. One guy in a comment thread elsewhere tried to use Revelation 3:10 to point out that the tribulation will come on all the earth so everyone will be in it, and I brought up the first half of that same verse that says 'because you have kept my word, I will keep you from that time', which I and many believe is a pre-trib rapture. If we truly believe Jesus died for us and we are saved by him alone, we have nothing to prove by being here 🤷🏾‍♀️ And same with the 'do not judge' argument...read a little more, and that chapter simply says to judge yourself first, remove the log from your own eyes, and you'll see clearly to remove the speck from your brothers eyes. We are to judge, guide, and correct each other. We're also to discern and avoid false prophets, toxic and evil people, test the spirits, and so on 😪 We truly need to know our bibles and it's true meaning better than anyone or it's easy to be deceived. I grew up SDA, and trust me, they are some of the sneakiest. People assume they know their bibles best cause of the Sabbath, but their founder has embedded so much false doctrine into their foundation, and it's legalism at its finest. Even though I first read through the bible myself a decade ago, I struggled to understand the true gospel. That was until this year when I realized I couldn't save myself, and channels like this one helped me feel secure in my newfound faith ❤ I've been truly reborn and I know I'm saved by Jesus only. I still keep the laws (people seem to assume truly born again people who say 'faith alone' will gladly live in sin for some reasons), but I do it out of true love and freedom, not out of fear, shame, and obligation like I used to. If I mess up, I know there's no condemnation (Romans 8:1). We don't have to run in shame like Adam and Eve did. Our Father's arms are always open, and we can come to him with our problems and struggles. We simply get back up, pray for forgiveness and help, and try to do better next time. My salvation is never on the line, and knowing that in my heart makes it way easier to love and obey Him 🥰
@kamekomiyamora
@kamekomiyamora Год назад
@@JesusChristHML For sure. In my case, growing up with such strict expectations, it felt like God was dangling hell in front of me as a consequence when I mess up. But accepting free grace changed everything and made me love Him more. Having the Holy Spirit in you also helps you abstain from sin, you hate it more than ever. The things you used to do truly disgusts you and you truly want to avoid it if possible. You may still struggle with temptations, but you're eager to make progress. But I can also understand the other side, those who grew up in hyper grace circles, and don't see a reason to adhere to the law because of Jesus. I'm sure that's even a harder mountain to climb because you fear falling into legalism and don't want to lose your freedom. But what I realized, regardless of what circle or church you came from, whether it's a charismatic, prosperity, or even a new age church, their view of Jesus seems to always be the problem. If you watched Ray Comfort's witnessing for example, so many claim to be Christian or Catholic, yet, they didn't acknowledge that Jesus paid for their sins and that's why they're going to heaven. Most Christians have the same mentality as every other religion, do good = get rewarded. Jesus is just kinda there for when you do mess up, but they're still focused on their own efforts otherwise. I think if one digs deep down, if they can truly accept that they are horrible and wretched, and really consider the lengths Jesus, God in the flesh, did so they can freely access heaven, it really does change your heart. If you know he died for your sins, how can any true believer keep sinning? That's not to say we can't or don't sin, but it hurts to consider that you're abusing his grace after all he's done for you. But yeah, most churches don't know the true gospel, so you have a bunch of unsaved people teaching other unsaved people how to be saved, and most turn into modern day pharisees. That, or they take Jesus as a get-out-of-hell-free card and keep living how they want. I was even telling my unsaved friend yesterday, people like the idea of a saviour, but like the heroes in the movies, they see them as a help when they're in trouble and then they continue to live like usual. Some even see God as a genie, and not someone to fear. We want Jesus to be our savior, but not our Lord or King that we actually obey, submit to, and deny ourselves for. That is the hardest part for sure being human and being born in this sinful flesh that desires to do what it wants.
@kamekomiyamora
@kamekomiyamora Год назад
@@JesusChristHML I never said people are saved from one prayer 🤔 so not sure where you got that impression from. Confession and Repentance is much deeper than a prayer. You can ask for forgiveness or say you believe, but it takes days, weeks, maybe even months to truly dwell on it and internalize it and actually believe in God or that Jesus died for you. You can say Jesus is my Lord, but actually making him your Lord and living like he's your Lord can take months or years.
@kamekomiyamora
@kamekomiyamora Год назад
@@JesusChristHML but to summarize my current views: justification is once a person truly believes Jesus died for all their sins and they receive the Holy Spirit, reborn in the spirit, and sealed for salvation. Sanctification is an ongoing process of us trying to become more Holy through prayer, bible reading, and God's leading and conviction. You desire spiritual milk and the bible will cut through you and change you. Some may struggle with a temptation or be stubborn bout changing something, but they will eventually submit to God's will for them. And of course glorification when we finally have our heavenly bodies and will never sin again ☺️

Yes he was, he says it right at the beginning of the video "the way I was living my life would have went to hell". He then proceeds to say "we have to stop doing what were doing, and do God's will" This is what you call "backloaded works" and it's also an element of Calvinism. If one ever wants to say they must repent, they first have to identify what repent means, and in the Greek, it's metanoia which translates to "change ones mind". That means going from unbelief to belief. So it's not about "stopping doing what you're doing" it's about changing your mind and going from unbelief to belief, and it's a 1 time event. People are sealed until the day of redemption, they can't lose their salvation. He doesn't seem to understand that, and he proved it by quoting 1 corinthians 6: 9-10 while conveniently not even mentioning verse 11 which completely eradicates his belief.

He became a believer when he saw he was living a life of sin.. that has nothing to do with trusting in his works. Hes simply said that those things were leaving him empty and he wanted to live for God's will.. it is his testimony. Condemning someone who was saved by their circumstances would throw away half of the New Testament that Paul wrote, he was a wretched man with the burden of sin. There's extremism in new-age faith-based salvation, if we keep living a life for satan we're not truly saved.. we are NOT saved by the traditions of men. A righteous man falls several times but he carries his cross through his trials which is known as the will of the Father. If there's not change in our actions we are not truly saved.. you haven't picked up the call from Jesus yet. John 3:15 says "Whosoever believeth in him shall be saved" but we're forgetting what believing truly means. Believing means you have come to the truth of the Gospel, you will cleave to it and put away the flesh. Faith without works is dead its hard to hear but it is the truth. True repentance and faith in Jesus will result in a will to change your lifestyle. Faith means you cleave to the fruits that faith produces which are works. I am glad jidion gave his life to Christ because I watched him before I was saved. He has come to the knowledge of God now let him be. Faith-only Christians lives are so uneventful that they need to cause drama to keep themselves entertained, its not faith only. It's faith and works but saved by faith.

Change the name of repentance meaning change of mind or heart. And make it turn away from sin. You can use God’s own law against him. If we’re saved by faith in the sacrifice of Christ (death burial and resurrection) alone. If I was the devil I’d tell you you’re a bad person and you need to clean up your act. When it’s impossible. The only thing you people are good at is acting. Acting sinless. And holy. The Jews are the holy people in the holy city. Who 70 weeks are determined upon. While the church is not appointed to wrath. Rejection of Jesus sends to hell. Accepting Jesus is what saves. I can say Jesus all day and pretend to be holy. But I have secret sin. We all do. 1 sin is enough to break the law. The wages of sin is death. We’re all guilty therefore we all die. There’s two gospels Church gospel(Jesus gets us in the air before wrath) belief in the death burial and resurrection of Christ; faith alone nothing added. Tribulation gospel(endure unto the end and the same shall be saved) angels gather dead saints in the 4 corners of the earth The faith in what Christ did for us. Otherwise it was in vain Church goes to the judgment seat of Christ good works =reward Bad works =suffer loss yet saved by fire Tribulation saints go to the great white throne According to their works 2x it mentions The works 1.reject the mark 2.die for Christ(beheaded) 3.Endure to the end Recap Church age(faith in Jesus death burial and resurrection) Son of God born of a Virgin Died for us Rose again on the 3rd day For our justification. We have the law of faith. It’s a real thing. We go to the judgment seat of Christ Good works and bad works are judged and we’re still saved. We suffer loss for the bad we do and we gain rewards for the good we do. We meet Jesus in the air pre wrath. The tribulation saints have to work for salvation because of rejection. They reject the mark For for Christ And endure to the end to be saved. There gathered by angels And they go to the great whit throne judgment according to their works it mentions 2 times. And this is a time of wrath and vengeance Not joy and peace. Like during the church age. We have joy and peace in our Lord.

@@dc-wp8oc Nice strawman, this is what i actually think, WARNING LONG TEXT Yes it is true that it is Jesus's death on the cross which affords us the opportunity to be forgiven for our sins, however in order to receive that forgiveness the Bible makes in incredibly clear (Act 2:38) that we must repent from our sin and obey Jesus Christ. In fact obedience and belief both to God and Jesus are used interchangeably throughout the old and new testament. Let's go through a few verses, (Luke 6:46 - "Why do you call me, 'Lord, Lord,' and not do what I say?) Here Jesus expresses it is pointless to call him Lord if you do not obey his instructions. This verse echos another land Mark verse that people in the free Grace Doctrine are completely blinded to, (Matthew 7:22-23 - "Many will say to Me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name cast out demons, and in your name preformmany miracles?"; "And then i will declareto them,' I never knew you, Depart from me, you who practice lawlessness.) Again Jesus Is saying that those who practice lawlessness, that is those that are practicing sin, should not call him Lord and on the day of judgment they will be cast in the lake of fire. The new testament makes it abundantly clear that you must repent in order to be saved however people will make the argument that repentance simply means changing your mind and does not require a change in behavior as a result of that change in mind, however this an incredibly stupid argument. If you and I were going to an event later and then I told you that I've changed my mind about going and then later you see me at that event, did I change my mind? Of course not and you would probably think that I lied to you. Those who claim that they have repented but continue to live life in willfull sin are exactly that Liars, true repentance yields a true change in behavior. We see this clearly communicated in Acts 26:19-20. (" So King Agrippa, I did not prove disobedience to the heavenly vision, but kept declaring both to those of Damascus first, and also at Jerusalem and then throughout all the region of Judea, and even to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, preforming deeds appropriate to repentance.") So what are the deeds appropriate to repentance they are of course living an obedient life to Jesus Christ. Some will then say, all you have to do I believe and that obedience is a choice. However in Hebrews chapter 5 it I said about Jesus. Verse 8-9 reads, (" Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by things which he suffered; And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that OBEY HIM") Now we can both agree that I is those who believe in Jesus will receive eternal life, but here it says "obey", are the scriptures contradicting each other? No, because when you see the word, 'believe' used in John, it is a form of belief that assumes that you will obey Jesus. To believe I Jesus is to believe in what he taught. And he taught that unless you turn from your sin, you will be cast into hell. And on judgment day, you will be judged based on your works. Revelations 20:12, ("And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.") If you live a life of willfull sin you will be thrown into hell and regarded as an unbelier. This getting pretty long but here's some more Books talking about this •Rom 2:5-8 Ultimately in the end people will listen to what feels good. I don't think I can convince ya'll that free grace is wrong unless your genuinely open minded and are able to update your position when given new info.

I am about to say something that at first will sound extremely hard, but will end up being very simple. You can accept God, Jesus Christ as Lord, and the Bible as the word of God and not be saved. Salvation is not a matter of you accepting Christianity, Christ, God, or the Bible. Salvation is given to those accepted by God. The difference is huge! Who Must Be Accepted You accept Christ? So, what does that have to do with your being accepted by Him? You can accept God, but why should He accept you? He is not trying to be accepted by you. Is Christ standing in your judgment line, along with everything else you consider and evaluate to be worthy, holding his resume, and hoping that he is accepted by you? Of course not! We are the ones standing in the judgment line of Christ. It is exactly backwards to think we must accept God, when really we need God to accept us! The difference concerns who is the judge. Are you the judge of all things, or is God? Our consumer driven culture has painted God as a divine politician campaigning for your vote. Political debates encourage us to decide who we deem worthy of high positions. Not so, with God. Truth is not a democracy. God cannot be judged. The Lord Jesus Christ is not up for re-election. The Bible is not determined to be the word of God by majority vote. The Lord is Not Trying to Be Accepted The Lord is not trying to be accepted by anyone. The Saviour is not asking, “Is my salvation acceptable to you?” The Judge does not turn to the criminal and ask, “Do you accept my judgment?” The Truth does not beg the question, “Do you accept me to be true?” Jesus Christ is Lord and Saviour and there is none else beside him. All men are destined to die, and we need Him to live. We need to be accepted by God. God does not count it a worthy thing to be accepted by you. Never in the Bible does God beg men to accept him, but there are many times when men beg God to accept them. They knew that God was the judge of all, and he must find them worthy if they are to receive righteousness, forgiveness, life, and the peace of salvation. God is not up for re-election, we are. God is not the politician; we are the publicans begging for mercy (Luke 18:13). We have been given this mortal life, and our term will run out. Are We Acceptable to God? So, on what basis does God accept us? If it is on the basis of our righteous behavior, wise choices, or love toward others, who of us could be worthy unless God grades us all on a curve? We may be esteemed among men, but would we be able to hold our own in the sight of God who knows all our secrets? Certainly not. The Bible condemns all self-righteousness. “There is none righteous, no, not one:” - Romans 3:10 “…by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight:…” - Romans 3:20 “…all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” - Romans 3:23 We must understand that we are totally unacceptable to God. We are all sinners and unworthy to be accepted by a perfectly righteous God. Even if you accept Him. He cannot accept you. How Can God Accept Us? Why should God be merciful and gracious to sinners? How can he be merciful to sinners? The answer is revealed in the gospel of Jesus Christ, who shed his blood for our sins, and rose from the dead so that his righteousness could be imputed to all that believe. When we trust in Christ’s righteous life, death, and resurrection on our behalf, then God accepts us not for our own sake, but for the sake of Jesus Christ who died for us (Rom 5:8). While in God’s judgment line, Christ lets us use his resume, his work, and his righteousness if we trust that He did it all for us. “To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.” - Romans 3:26 Christ is the Judge. Christ is the Saviour. Christ is acceptable to God. We are not. Salvation must be in Christ. When you face the Lord, it will not be a question of whether you have accepted him, but rather if he has accepted you. The Lord is not trying to be accepted by you, and there is no way you can be accepted by God without Christ. Trust Christ and his finished work of dying and resurrecting for your salvation, and you will be accepted in the one God loves: his only begotten Son. “To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.” - Ephesians 1:6

You said all that and you exposed yourself as a calvinist at the very beginning. All can freely come to God because he has provided forgiveness to the entire world through the cross. You don’t believe this. You believe you have to be called. All people are told to repent by God through the preaching of the cross. You are deceiving yourself you believe only those who are saved are the ones who God accepts. God is not a respect or of persons. You need to strongly consider why you believe in destiny which a pagan teaching and philosophy and why you’re imposing that on the scriptures. What is predestination is the relationship in which man can come to God, that is through the person of Jesus. Those who enter into that relationship, they are deemed chosen because they have responded to that criteria. So, God will accept ANYONE who believes the Gospel. Yes, including, murderers, drunkards, homosexuals, fornicators, Idolaters and anyone else that commits any sin because God has already paid for their sin. If this is offensive to you, your problem is not with us but God himself and how great his mercy is. You don’t deserve heaven and neither do I, we deserve hell.

You are targeting a person who just came to the Lord, it takes time and wisdom to understand the Bible just leave Jidion alone n let him continue his journey with God cos he has so much to learn about the Bible. Dear brother in Christ not a very good way of judging someone

It's not judging. Bible explicitly tells us to come out against people speaking such lies. It does absolutely nobody any good (especially him), if everyone just sits there quietly looking in the air whistling while he goes around spouting that nonsense. Do you know how damaging that can be to someone? Suppose someone comes along new like him, hears that, and then believes the same thing? Do you not find that problematic? So not only do we have 1 person preaching heresy on our hands, now we have 2. Now what if they continue spewing their heresy, now we don't have 2 people, we have 200 unsaved people spewing heresy. These people must be stopped immediately in their tracks

@@Brii.Z go ahead and continue in your judgement.Not everyone is bible literate and people make mistakes in understanding the Bible and you have already judged him, you should email him n tell him your concerns i don't think he will take offence God bless

1. Its ok to judge if you judge righteous judgement through scripture. 2. Jidion needs help and this video is just that. Lets not leave someone who needs spiritual help alone.

Onorato Diamante, What are your thoughts about jacksmack77, feugo savvy, and Christian forreal, Corey Minor just to name a few

The thing with Jacksmack77 for me is while what he says is true, I do feel like the childish name calling, the finger pointing and presenting Jesus as some glorified 13 year old bully often overshadows what he is trying to convey. If Jacksmack77 wants to turn people off and away from God, stuff like childish name calling, finger pointing and presenting Jesus as some glorified 13 year old bully will do it. I’m not familiar with the other names you mentioned.
