My wife and I saw these Fendertex fenders at the Annapolis boat show recently, and I just watched your video. Thanks for the info! I saw first-hand the quality and we'd like to order a set, but my concern is whether they stay in place in very strong wind. Has this been an issue for you, and have you in fact gotten a set for yourself?? I know I can pour some water in them to make them heavier, but that seems to defeat the purpose of them being ultra-light...

It’s a valid concern. We had one pop up on the dock during high winds. They recommend adding water to them or a weight that they sell for high wind conditions.

As I always say, “you get what you pay for” that being said sometimes we pay a hefty price for junk... junk begets wisdom and future prudence which is pasted along as sage genius and if nothing else we men are geniuses. Love the T-shirt but, if nobody heard it, did it really happen? Lol have a great week, can you believe it’s October already?

Love the thoughts! I have had my fair share of junk. My decisions informed by my past mistakes have indeed been mistaken for genius. ;-) Sunset was 6:41 today... where did our summer go? Take care!

Great info! Will definitely have to check these fenders out! As another fender guardian Karlynn, can we talk about shoes? Besides bare feet have you found a good pair of nonslip shoes to wear while putting out fenders?

I have Olukai shoes. The heals bend down for easy on and off too.
