Good stuff Matt. Id add don’t let the dream bully you into doing nothing. Are dreams can be so perfect and so demanding they prevent us from doing anything.
This is great advice for everybody, not just writers. The hard bit is realising how much time you are actually spending on different activities, particularly for computer based activities like games and social media.
Thanks Matt this is a great video. I am currently studying, working full time as well as being a Dad. I want to read and sketch but never do because I am reading or doing the day to day but I can't stop thinking about creating something that is mine. I need to make a list so I can make time to create.
