The story reinforces the fact of previous administration failure to carry out social housing projects. Even the present administration (NCC), is also keeping up with the practice...what with the regeneration project that espouses to develop housing that would average @ kshs3 million to kshs7million per unit!!! This as far as government is concerned fall under the category of affordable housing😐.....where the average household income is just about $2 per day!!!NKT
