This company’s philosophy is what sets them apart and why they have the customer satisfaction they have and the loyalty to the products they also have. You don’t get that unless your whole concept is not sound. Thanks Gene for sharing this video with this company. I don’t have their speakers yet, but that is about to change.

I've been happy with Arendal support every time, except the last time I contacted them. Was very close to Christmas, so I was contacted back by foreign support staff. But the Norwegian staff is extremely knowledgable and quick to respond.

I've been in the home cinema scene for a long time but the Arendal support is the best support I've ever experienced and can only confirm that in the video👍. Big compliments to Jan and his team and thanks for the great Arendal loudspeakers and subwoofers👌

I would like to know why they stopped making the matte finish stands. I purchased the 1723 monitor but had to buy the gloss stands. Great customer service!

Glad to see them care and distinguish themselves through service. I hope it's true. I'm having trouble with a different brand which is getting rave reviews. Will be sure to warn people about them on reddit and here, if they continue to be of no help.

I am hoping you can help me I am looking at purchasing the Arendal 1723 monitor, or the Wharfedale, Wharfedale Elysian 2, or the Q Acoustics Concept 300. Now these are going in a small room to start then I am planning on moving my listening room to a bigger room in my house. I am currently using these in my 2 channel system. Currently using a Yamaha A S 2100, looking to move either to the A S 3000 or an Accuphase E 4000. I do not have the option to listen to these speakers no one carries them locally. your help would be greatly appreciated

if plate amp goes bad, is it enough to send back the plate amp or the whole sub ?

It's been a few months since you asked, but I'll answer you anyway! If the amp goes bad, we will send you a new plate amp that you can replace yourself. It's a very straight-forward procedure and we have great video instructions. After the amp has been swapped, you simply send the bad one back in the same box you received the new one in. We will of course provide the label, so there is no cost for you as the customer. If you have any other questions, you can always reach out to our support staff!

Any plans to make their own speaker stands for the non tower speakers?

I bought the 1961 MTM due to reviews. What I didn’t expect was to find that I prefer horn’s or metallic dome tweeters more precise sound. The center image of the 1961 was “blurry” so I couldn’t pin point the center image which drove my brain crazy. I attribute this to the wide dispersion. I tried them on my JBL SDP-55 Dirac system and my Topping E30/PA3s PC setup where they were going to stay. They also had less bass than my JBL 530s in near field. I unfortunately had to return them. They did try really hard to get me to keep them, but I just couldn’t. Maybe I’ll try them again in the future and be able to get used to the imaging. They are beautiful, measure well, and are built like tanks 👍

@@shaolin95 1. they did say that the effect is for when sitting far off axis, which is true. 2. I don't see how a 3 way would be any better horizontally laying (TMW) as you would have the sound shift horizontally. If you're complaining about vertically standing MTM comb filtering on the horizontal plane, then you are REALLY nit picking. Just buy the bookshelf TM and call it a day?

I first heard of arendal from villa man. If I didn't already have too many speakers I would definitely be looking at arendal, they look awesome for home theater
