I look at it this way, I don’t care about numbers of viewers BECAUSE keep in mind most don’t like the truth - truth isn’t popular! With that said, ARETHA FRANKLIN sang it from her heart, she felt it, we felt it and still feel it!!! Aretha, gave more than 100% in her songs. This song especially what led up to the lyrics, she poured out grandly and always gave her best. She’s balanced, she knows when to throw the hooks and connects with the audience perfectly because music is in her blood. I love her, I love this song (what song didn’t she deliver so soulfully!) Aretha, not only gave birth to songs but to music and their as juicy as ever ..... sing it, Aretha IS THE QUEEN of SOUL 🎶 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶

Pure Soul Music at its best!! A CLASSIC from the Queen of Soul!! ❤️ if Fantasia wants to consider recording a song by Ree, then I think she should consider recording this one. Fanny would eat this up, like Ree always did with this song. 🙌🏽

All I can say is classic SOUL! I was 10 years old when this came out! My all time favorite of the Queen's. They looked classy as well. Does anyone know who the backup singers were? RIP MY SISTER!! You reign as the QUEEN!
This is my favorite song of all time, I saw Aretha 4 times in concert and this is the first time I've seen this video. Believe me, as time goes by, more people will see it!
@@snidelywhiplash , fortunate and blessed, man...She came here to Chicago often. As a teenager, I would play Call Me over and over on a 45 record player. The opening violins pulls at my heart every time. Fortunately, we have many live videos to warm our hearts with.
