I used to work for Argos, once this customer on the phone wanted to know about a hammock we supposedly had listed on the website, I asked for the catalogue number and he said there wasn't one, so I tried to figure it out by the description but couldn't find it, I told him there should be a catalogue number and he quite rudely went on about how he wasn't illiterate and that sometimes people make mistakes, only when I thought to ask for the website address did it become clear he was on the B&Q website. Some people are that thick.
I had this on my old phone about 3 years ago, there is another one that is the same bloke ringing up the council about knocking a wall down with his car and wanting to claim for the dame the wall did to his car

Every item I want to buy on the Argos is out of stock, it's so irritating. They should take it off if they're not selling it. I give up with them now, no wonder people just buy from Amazon now.
