He’s just a rat in a maze, yet he believes he will be president again. The opposition have already lined up their much loved preferred set of candidates from within, prepped to exploit all the opportunities that come with the position. These court cases could have reached a conclusion in no time (as there are hundreds of courts in the region which could have arrived at a verdict in weeks if they wanted to) instead these cases will drag on for half a dozen years so they can hurt his campaign. Exile to foreign lands in tears will probably how it will end for him, however they will welcome him with open arms as he is a uniting character (he’s done more for coloured people than most presidents). If he was truly a nasty, toxic and dividing character that only cared about his own type, he would have armed soldiers greeting at him the airport, so afraid he will spread hate. Many have turned on him now (we’ve seen in the past when things aren’t going well, these people will turn on the foreigners first - even though he is clearly a citizen). The situation in this once great country has become so bad over the last decade - you have to laugh, or you would cry.

Many Trump supporters seem okay with destroying democracy, ignoring all Constitutional norms. They do not really believe in the rule of law. They like laws when it suits their purposes (Second Amendment rights!!!) but not so much when laws extend to them. Some of them appear to hate democracy and they want a fringe minority to have all the power. Look at the House of Reps right now - a fringe of about 8 wackos controls the Republican majority, rendering them incapable of actually doing ANYTHING. After months of doing nothing, they elect a Speaker who believes that the world is less than 6,000 years old, that humans lived with dinosaurs. Does that seem normal to you? With a government shutdown a week away, he shut the House for a 3 day weekend. Nothing pressing on the agenda, just a U.S. Government shutdown.

Well... the 14th amendment says he has to be struck from the ballot if this is all proven in court. In other words he cannot run for any office if proven part of an insurrection. I think that will happen wether the RNC wants to nominate him or not. If the supreme court tries to overturn the constitution i'm not sure where things will end.

While yes, i would like to see him lose in the election he has committed crimes and should be in jail, not running for a new election. The fact this has taken so long to prosecute is pretty bad in itself. In Brazil this kind of thing was solved really quickly. When Brazil sets a better example than you, something has gone seriously wrong already.
