C5 is my highest comfortable belt note, but I can sing up to a C6 comfortably and I’ve hit a C7 and I can sing down to D#3

What does supported note means?

Adam Tan a note supported by the diaphragm. A note with no strain in it. a healthy note.

That means you have proper airflow through your vocal chords by supporting with your diapgragm . Not pushing too much air out NOR lacking it . Just the right amount and with no strain .
