My cousin was there with his friend and they went out a different exit and survived but someone at my dads work (he worked at a school) was waiting for her daughter and she was murdered by the bombing..

I always am scared for my life when I go to arena concerts now. First real concert I went to was lorde when I was walking up to the arena I had a anxiety attack. I knew damn well something was going to happen. Im glad nothing did. But im seeing ari in may for her sweetner\thank u next tour. She says she will up security and make sure they are more strict. Glad she took a step in to make sure her fans are safe.

This was not the artist fault. You can not control someone who is targeting the audience. My husband took my daughter to see Ariana Grande concert in Arizona. Nothing happened there except everyone was having a great time listening to the singer. Even with tight security, you still can't control a killer. I hope Ariana can overcome the obstacles. She is a victim as well. Please keep it in mind before making any judgment.

Zsófia Papp thanks, cause I went to the Thank u next concert in Paris and the security was CRAZY like they made us go in with only a phone, our bags we had lo leave in this safe thingy and there was like cámaras everywhere and everyone was like investigated for bombs or anything potentially dangerous, you can see she was really scared after an attack at her own concert

I witnessed something traumatic as well. When I was on a school field trip, I remember the bus driver hitting something and the teacher calling 911 and bus driver slamming on brakes, and witnesses and staff members surrounding the bus, and cops were surrounding the bus. I remember looking out the window and seeing a man on the ground and everyone had to do an emergency exit. Ariana has been through so much and I didn’t rly understand the trauma she went through until I I was in that bus situation

I have a friend that went to the concert, she was 10 at the time. She got pushed back and flew off the ground from the explosion, and as soon as she got up, she saw all the bodies scattered on the ground. Now she has PTSD and still struggles with it daily.

I remember when I got tickets to go but the night of the concert both my parents got sick so me and my sister stayed home to take care of them and then we find out that there was an explosion. I’ve never been so lucky in my entire life. I, not a lucky person at all and I never thought I would say this but I’m glad my parents got sick. I just hope that everyone who was there are okay now and for the people that lost someone special maybe a friend a family member or whoever, I hope you are doing okay!

I saw a comment earlier about someone saying they almost went to this concert with their friend, but they had a gut wrenching feeling in their stomach to the point where they actually became sick, so they didn’t go to the concert, and found out later the concert was bombed.
Yall I live in Manchester and was planning on going to this concert. Alot of my friends from school went. It wasn't only those who got hit from the bomb that died/got injured. My friend broke two ribs and had a punchered lung just from being trampled by the crowds. It's awful so many of us are still scarred mentally and physically. But were strong. Its insane, it’s been 5 years but for some odd reason I’m still in pain from this. The girl in the thumbnail seems plain shocked. Look closely, she’s covered in blood and her knee is hurt. But looking directly in her eyes is just so upsetting, she looks numb. I begged my mother to take me to that concert that day because it was our last day visiting the UK, I’m driving myself insane dude.
I live in Manchester, not in the town centre but just in a little village about half an hour away. 4 of my close friends went to the concert and one of them didn’t come to school for a month or so because she was so close to getting hurt and she had been traumatised and had to have therapy. Our school was closed for 2 weeks to allow people to recover from the incident seeing as my school was only about a 10 minute car ride away and almost 1/4 of our school went, which is about 300 people. I’m not a huge fan of Ariana so I didn’t even think of going, but goddamn the respect I have for this woman is insane.

I feel so stupid just learning about this four years later, I feel so bad for the people who had family members die because of the bomb. I would absolutely break if I saw this on the news and had my child there, and having to sit there looking at a TV or phone praying that my child will walk through the doors. Honestly I don't know how parents can survive mentally when they wait for their kid and end up getting a call that their child had died

I know this was a year ago, but I was about to go to this concert. When my parents said “no” I was heart broken. When I heard about the bomb attack, I was paranoid. I am so glad they said no. I still love Ariana but I’m so paranoid, that I never want to go to another concert again. God bless all and I’m so sorry for those killed. Thanks for reading this ❤️

my sister was there and was rushed to the ER it took like 10 minutes for her to get out she broke her leg and her finger she also had a HUGE gash in her arm her 2 friends tried to help her out but one died trying to help. Rip Kelly :(
