Oh Rachael, She was SO close to improved reputation and then she threw Ariana into the lawsuit?😂 Does she have sandival's P.R? How can you make any worse moves. Wow what a gem of a friend. Ariana defended you and looked like a fool the whole season and just yikes. You are lucky it got into her hands and not somebody who actually had revenge in their hearts!

You're so right! It would've been really easy for Ariana to send the video to the press and damage Rachel's reputation even more (if that's possible...). Rachel is very lucky that all Ariana did was confront her & talk about it on VPR, it could've been so much worse for her

I understand why Rachel is Sue Tom because of him recording her to sue Ariana this girl has gone bat s*** crazy!! But I think it's kind of funny because Ariana's going to eat her for breakfast, can you see them on the stand You slept with her boyfriend for how long in her house while she was at her grandma's funeral while she was sleeping upstairs and you're assuming who 😂😂😂😂😂

Yeah 100%, honestly Tom deserves to be sued for recording her against her consent, but I'm not too sure how liable Ariana is. I don't think the affair will be relevant in this situation though so Ariana won't be able to bring up all the ways Rachel has wronged her - although if she could, she would take her down in seconds 😂 I think in court it'll just be whether Ariana is actually liable for distributing the videos... which I'm VERY interested to see play out 👀

Revenge porn is a crime in California. If Ariana forwarded that tape to other people, she's in serious trouble and she will be the one eaten for lunch. Her cruel words is no match for the lawyers that Raquel has representing her. In a court of law, Ariana won't be able to say the things she say on camera. Once the judge sees the reunion and how badly Raquel was treated and allowed to be harassed and abused to the world. BRAVO and everyone involved will be liable. Ariana better hope she didn't send that video.

Rachel was always telling people that James treated her like a queen when she was with him. Now she was his victim? I don’t believe a word she says. Ally seems very stable and bright and not like someone who’s suffering from low self esteem. I don’t see her being with someone abusive. Also, supposedly Graham aka Hippie was a biter and untrained to the extent that he ended up in a kill shelter. Now that he’s back with James, he appears to be perfectly fine and getting along with Ally’s cats. I’d like to stop hearing or seeing Rachel ever again. She should go back to Arizona with the other weirdo’s.

Love love your channel! To the point and no facial expressions!!! BTW, her lawyers are the best at what they do! They are, I believe, positioning for a huge suit against NBC/Bravo and production. That’s where the 💰 is! Ariana has never had much to offer to the show since she came around, and people treated her badly when she came on the scene. Sheena said that it had been sent to her, the tape. Ariana was to have sent it to other people on the show. Don’t ever let them fool you, they all have skeletons in their closet!! I will always believe that Sheena did hit her, she has done it before on the show!!! Looking forward to part 2!

Thank you for your support :D Definitely can see this becoming a major suit against NBC/Bravo/Evolution - I wouldn't be surprised if the future of reality TV is much more highly regulated after situations like this keep reoccurring.. people are starting to stick up for themselves and its going to be very interesting to see how this falls on production! I didn't realise Ariana admitted sending it to Scheana, thanks for highlighting that! They're both likely to be liable for distribution then.. 🙈 Can't wait to watch this play out in court!!

I resect any victim's right to come forth when ready but I am confused as to why she has not filled a lawsuit for Tom filliming her during intimate moments without her permission? I feel she is calculating in her moves. The many things she said while on camera and laughed about them as well as made fun of castmate's personal affairs alone with no one egging her on or supporting her. She did this on facetime with her concent. Just looking at the many people she is sueing to me shows she is taking no credit or accountability for her own actions. Let's not forget what she really is concerned about is money. I believe this was her pirpose for coming on the show. I believe that she was "allegedly" seeking the highest paid castmate to bring forth a problem with and sue both the person and the network for her payday. As beautiful as she is she never filmed with a man not connected to Bravo in some way.
