Hello team, your videos are quite impressive when I compare with others but still I have 2 suggestions 1. Please add loading details when you compare supar, built up and carpet area. It was there in some videos but not in all. 2. If you are covering a project again then please try to add number of floors added in these months to get an idea of pace in the project. Again appreciating the quality of your videos, keep making em 😊
Sir g how this opens from 4 sides, I have a flat there I guess only 1 low rise is open. Correct me if I am wrong, my definition of open may be incorrect 🧐
Its actually not 4 side open but 3 side open as in north eastern side Irish pearls project is coming but that project is having only 4 towers in 4-5 acre land and their park will be facing arihant.
Very dense project front towers are totally adjacent to each other acre to tower ratio is double Once all units will be occupied then park will be smaller to accomodate childrens. Unjustified demand, for a 1270 sqft they are asking more than 1.3 cr

In my opinion arihant's floor plan is the most worst floor plan in entire greater noida west. Not only this project there other delivered project like Amber and Ardern also. They never give sufficient space in drawing room where the family members spent most of the time. And the attitude of there sales persons are like Dlf.
Even their biggest 3bhk is so small and congested but cost 1cr+ maang rahe...na hi affordable hai aur na hi mid-luxury....investors anap sanap cost me kharid rahe ki baad me profit book kr nikal lenge... looks like best example of Greater fool theory
