Latest update. Devika gold home buyers are protesting against Trident builder and they have already destroyed the back boundary wall which separates devika from trident. As per them, devika has promised them that they will get the entry from the main road which will be handed over once the phase 2 is completed and now this phase 2 has been sold to Trident 4 years back. They got cheated by Their own builder devika and instead of demanding clarification from them they are protesting against Trident.

Sure I am okay, price of the launch of such expensive lands will be at least 14K psft and by possesion price will be min 20K psft. And with 2.5% rental yeild monthly rental will be 43K for a 2bhk of 1000 sqft and 90K for a Lange 3bhk. Us time shayad rent bhi aap na efford kar paaye in flats ka 😅

Nirala 1645sq which is selling at 1.6cr. Rent is 30k. Gaur saundaryam. 1350sq feet selling for 1.8 cr. Rent is 31k with maintenance. Welcome to reality.

Imagine we pay in crores and outside the apartments there's no nearby public parks, no pedestrians pathways or cycle tracks for a comforting living, it's high time for the authorities to make Greno W habitat more livable. However with builder's like these the reputation of the vicinity improves and authorities might take the general public more seriously.

@@1001shubh You are right, however we should always question the authorities for a better ecosystem outside the societies, I've one in TechZone 4 and Sec 1, this vicinity lacks pedestrians pathways, cycle tracks, public transport, traffic management (due to roads occupied by encroachment's by local street vendors).

Thanks for the great update. Premium and Luxury builders coming to Gr Noida & Gr Noida West is nothing but a positive news. I think these builders caters to the segment of buyers or investors who are not saturated. It might be true that price have looked to stabilised a little bit due to stabilised demand but please make a note that the recent real estate boom has introduced a lot number of new buyers, NRIs and investors to the industry. Last 3 years might be impulsive but this come with a steady growth for longer term.

As alternative thinking, imagine for end user, wish to invest in word class brands in efgptdable prices , they have now options , otherwise Sobha has no project in mcr yet trading less then 22K , but in GN same quality product will come under 15K

People who are planning to buy a flat... Stay away from Gaur Gober builder hai.. The only good point about gaur in the past was ... It was able to give possession (even before RERA) ... But now most builders are offering possession on time... Gaur policy is to ship minimally...and quite with minimal work...

Knowledge is good but presentation is truly nonsense. Flore plans are not good in my view. You have separate washroom attached with study room, but 2 bedrooms comes with no washrooms at all. I find it very inconvenient.

pehli baat toh wave city hi sabse chu**ya hai upar se Gaur bhi no. 1 Chu**ya so "Sone pe suHAGGA" Wavecity is inflated crazy,they are thinking its the newyork but only fools are investing here and the rate is 1.3L per sq yard+ For shit facilities and full of villagers, once the project is sold out and the builder will go and RWA will be formed then you will see the real face of it...all those lights and greenery is to fool you to put your money. Just think from a perspective....you will have to travel minimum 1.5 hours from Noida unless you get high paying job in Bahmheta , kachheda Nayphal village to support your 1.5 lakh rs emi per month 😁😁😁😁😁 use your head and decide, i feel pity for people who are coming here for investment....they are like the most dumbest people i would ever meet in my life and people who are coming here to live and reside and build home at 1.3 lakh per sq yard rate are no lesser fool and dumb. Jab reng reng ke aayenge noida se car me toh royenge......upar se main gate se andar 3 km jayenge ghar pahuchne ke liye 😂😂😂 usme bhi safety concern....koi gaun wale ne pel diya toh bas

I have visited the project personally and can firmly say that this is a good project. Folks looking for entry level 3 bhk should go for this option. The construction quality is excellent with a decent floor plan. If you compare it with Civitech Strings it has better layout as all the rooms are of 10*10 in Strings. 1160 square feet option is a value for money and 1270 square feet if you want additional balcony and one huge balcony. Prices are steadily climbing due to continued demand for new homes. Every builder is looking to cash in on this opportunity.

1160 sqft mae 685 sqft carpet area h almost…. Almost all other projects are having higher loading than this. & this is the best project for those who want 3 bhk but not having a budget of 1.3-1.5 cr with decent open space & premium clubhouse. I am not a dealer
