Construction looks good… but luxury should be called only when density is low and per acre less than 50 flats… so this should be minimum USP for a project to be called luxury… construction looking to be very good…. Actually in Noida market builders have lowered overall standards as such that minimum things a buyer expects … builders are calling them luxury …

Also if you are looking for a project with less than 50 flat per acre then there are two points you need to make a note of Firstly this is not Noida but Greater Noida West where the FAR is close to 3. Secondly, Noida has some such project to name but a few County 107, Gulshan Dynasty and ATS Knightsbridge. and only because of that factor the cost goes up be 4 to 5 times. FYI (Starting price in these projects are ₹8.50 and ₹12 Cr.

ats has 2 flats per floor and 1625 has 1010 carpet area. ats is class apart.

Ya..but the don't deliver the flat on time. Look at same sector where CRC is delivered much in advance whereas ATS is still under construction

Bathroom k andar wardrobe kaun deta hai bhai.. kya faltu project hai ye. Balcony itni badi de di.. usme bed daal k soyega kya aadmi.. 50% loading kar rakhi hai..

there are many developers who offer that space (Ambience, Mezzaria, Manorialle ATS to name but a few (Wardrobe nahi milega) for storing and since there would be moisture in that area, builder uses glass profile. Also Balcony me bed nahi aata waha bhi storage aayegi and that's how people uses this space again so many societies in Noida Extension to exemplify the same (Like SKA, Gaur City, Saviour Green ARCH). The whole idea is to have more usable space.
