Secondly, Noida has some such project to name but a few County 107, Gulshan Dynasty and ATS Knightsbridge. and only because of that factor the cost goes up be 4 to 5 times. Also Balcony me bed nahi aata waha bhi storage aayegi and that's how people uses this space again so many societies in Noida Extension to exemplify the same (Like SKA, Gaur City, Saviour Green ARCH).
