Fresh off the summer release of his new album ‘Hello Poison,’ Arin Ray came through to Power 106 to discuss all the new music he’s released and how his continued journey leads him to spaces that inspires him to work more consistently to reach new heights.
Speaking with Power 106 middays host Bryhana, the “gold” singer details his return to music after a three-year hiatus where he dives into the effects of the 2020 pandemic that inspired his latest album. While the R&B crooner admits that his past relationship wasn’t something he wanted at the end of the day and his commitment turned to music while experiencing love. When asked if dating in Los Angeles is “horrible,” Arin quickly states that it’s not always the best experience.
Arin has definitely put in work over the years of his blessing career and he recently was a part of a Diddy writing camp. Although Diddy recently made headlines for saying that “R&B was dead,” Ray explains that he knows what the motive was for the statement and expressed his varying opinion against Diddy’s statements.
Arin Ray goes on to speak about collabing with Blxst, Ty Dolla Sign, and more on ‘Hello Poison’ and whether or not he thinks he’s a slept-on artist.
