Ab is the best map. If you haven't played aberration, you haven't played ark. Cut my teeth on that map, I died so many times, I got stuck there so many times, that I know where every drop is, every nook and cranny, it's the best map.
Yes it's the one map that takes time to learn. I just hope with it updated in UE5 we will still be able to know where we're at lol. It's also my favorite map cause it's more challenging and makes you use your critical thinking before delving into things.
I feel like that would ruin the map a little for some including me too but maybe a setting can be added like an option to turn rad dmg down or even off
Yi ling sounds awesome i hope it turns into the fastest land tame out there. It will become the new rocket runner if you can pull out a rpg on the back
Maybe they should fix being able to play with friends and mods at the same time First. My buddy can’t even join the game. Total waste of a download tbh. Was only playing for the mods.
Hated this map at first but after dying 100s of times to things i didnt understand i figured it out and its one of my favs. Finally some legit non mod reapers and rock drakes!?
@@seitenname3531 its lumen and paired with the odd choice of sandstone on tropical islands makes it unbearable. its ugly. you may think it looks nice but it looks terrible. its really the sandstone they chose
I would love for the surprise to be the first Ark Ascended DLC, which is to say I want an ASA new map, because currently, aside from mods and some slightly improved graphics if your system can handle them, what's stopping me from just playing all the maps now in ASE, I only play solo anyway, but a new map that's only on Ascended would be that grab to keep not just me but I feel many others from just going back to its slightly more stable predecessor
According to Wild Card, there's a new story DLC map exclusively for ASA that ties it to the story of Ark 2. I think they said it's set after Genesis so probably won't be a while until we hear anything more of it.
@@TJR-hs2djthat doesn't really make sense to me, as Gen2's ending and Ark 2 are already perfectly connected. I think the map's going to be the connection between the old DLC map's and the Genesis saga, as there's little to no connection between Extinction and Genesis, other than the mentioning of Arat Prime (wich I think Is going to be the new map) in some explorer notes.

I don't understand why some content creators love to create too many expectations. We already had too much experience with this developer who never meets their release dates. Tonight, hopefully, they will give us dates, first for the launch of their v5.4 graphics engine version, which will be available in August, and then for Q4 the Aberration map. Let's not get our hopes up in vain that later reality will hit us hard.
I’m way too excited to play fjordur I never played it cuz NINTENDO ARK HAS A FREAKING WAIT TO GET ANY MAP I HAD TO WAIT A WHOLE YEAR TO GET GENESIS WHICH IDK AB IT CUZ ITS KINDA THE WORST MAP IN MY OPINION AND BEFORE EVEN GENESIS 2 WHICH IS WHAT IS AFTER GENESIS APERANTLY AFTER GENESIS (according to google) IT ONLY CAME AFTER ASCENDED AND I LOST MY FREAKING NINTENDO LIKE A YEAR AND A HALF AGO and never found it since (I’m pretty sure At this point someone was trollin and just threw it in the trash) I HAD TO WAIT TO LATE 2024 AND I WAS IN LATE 2022 NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER YEAR TO PLAY IT It’s a shame that id have to wait a long time for fjordur it looks like it would tie with my fav abb if I even TRIED FJORDUR CUZ I MIGHT NOT HAVE ANYWHERE TO PLAY ON MY CONSOLE (might) or I might have a few other years before I don’t have much places to play console
abb was the last good paid map in ark, they should just forget about extinction and gen 1&2 and make 3 new maps with less op creatures and broken tek stuff (also no shop, the shop was stupid op)
i think that they'll probably delay the date for abb after announcing it, and if they announced that it's gonna be released in q4 they won't release it any sooner
I love how chaotic Abberation is. One second you're just walking to get some wood then you're tripping out, a karkinos gets you, slams you off the ground then tosses you 50 feet, and then a basilisk jumps from the bushes to finish the job. Beautiful.
Meh, negativity about ASA is understandable, I love it to pieces but it's def got it's problems. Sounds like you're spending the holiday in the middle of the Amazon (the jungle not the fulfilment center), get yourself one of those mini starlink things. Tell them you've got a couple of subscribers and you're willing to evangelise the shiz out of that thing if they give you the subscription for free.
There are several words for the Airship. Dirigible (lighter-than-air craft that is powered and steerable) is the same as Airship. However, if you are looking for the type it would be a Zeppelin. I doubt it will be a blimp as blimps are just pressurized balloons, and based on the picture it's a steampunk rigid airship.
I am so excited for aberration but one question… and hear me out.. aberration is a underground cave map correct? (News to no one) how the heck does an airship fit into that? The train makes more sense or even the cars for extinction. Regardless I am pumped for arks best map in its new form
I bet abb is gonna have the same orange rocks and green trees lol, like jokes aside how can ase with old engines have red forest, green trees and yellow beachs, snow and lava bioms, but ASA with upgraded engine have only orange rocks??
Making airships protect you from the surface at day is the wirst pay to win feature yet TBH, obviously it’s not confirmed but I feel like that’s probably likely
They made us pay and are secretly delaying it so they can put it off but make money from us. Lame it wasnt all in the pack to begin with. This crazy and I love Ark.
