Yeah, they are all the same genus. In ark, the Draconis genus includes Wyvenrns, Managarmrs, Rock Drakes, Crystal Wyverns and their kin, and most likely the Dragon. They are all dragons, so would be closely related.

the bulbdog is quite useful especially during a PVP map, specifically they can detect player enemies, thus anything that can move, be it creatures, humans or turrets. In a Fjurdor map, one of these barked for hostile enitities in a cave, and nothing died in the two man expedition.
