Great work! It was obvious with this new engine you were going to create some incredibly new documentary style vids. I'm so excited to see what the rest look like, keep up the good work
This was so fun to be a part of! 2:26 Look! It’s me, the turtle! 2:58 There I go! Flying to the sky! 3:55 You can see us in the background there. LOL 4:07 There I am. I was also the Pelegornis! (Nice Minecraft drinking sound edit, Ned!) 5:23 There I am! I’m the parasaur! 6:31 I’m the blue Dilo! This was fun to do! 6:47 I’m also the big brown pig boy. Thanks Ned for letting me a part of this! It came out so well and it was so fun to help with!
I love to go, hey look it's me! Every time I watch any body acting videos with someone... now I have to drag them and pin them down to watch with me! Somehow my husband doesn't share my over excitement when these come out. Maybe because he gets a live play-by-play during and for days after filming? 🤣
Oh Neddy, you never cease to feed my Ark addiction with great proficiency. Your skill with cinematography is of such great quality. I thoroughly enjoy your content as I would a movie or series. Thank you for your continued content on Ark.
Love both the editing and the humor in this Neddy! The camera positioning and the seamless scene switch from Carby to Trilo were especially exceptional. Also laughed my butt off at the humor in the Ichthy dossier. "Normal Seagull" As the Ichthy smiles with its toothy ass grin 😂
You did such great work Neddy!! This is also actually sad.. as I never heard the Helena's Dossiers before and it shows how much work and love the Developers for Ark had at the beginning of this game... where they actually THOUGHT about the abilities and skills of the dinosaurs in relation to their surroundings. :(
Wow 😲 Just....wow. To think your movies couldn't get better. Super cinematic. Also good choice to keep it to each biome/layer of the Island. The "overlap" of the dinosaur dossiers is done brilliantly. Again....wow 🤩
I love these so much! Thank you and your team so much for the hard work you've but into these fun recounts and visualizations - they are actually what started me really interested into playing ark and they're always fun for me to play in the background at work to keep myself from going insane
Ah yes. I remember you and your amazing work from a few years ago. Outstanding work. You are more or less the reason I understand the ark lore. Also I am using your mod where it gives Nerva and Mei yin those awesome voice actors. I have found that on some occasions the voices would glitch out or not appear to begin with. I'm just here to let you know. Since I could see other people having the same issue. Amazing work regardless
I like the way you put the creatures in order of when a survivor encounters them in game. It reflects the progression of Ark well, and also allowed you to do the smooth transitions between dinos, which was awesome! Also liked the sneaky Minecraft sound effect at 4:21 😂
I love the way you made the transition of creatures happen. Really helped build a world there rather then just skipping to the next page of Helenas notes. Great video Ned
A really cool and well done way to add some extra visual depth to listening to the creature dossiers. Really love the way that each segment led naturally into the next in the video, and doing each lump of creatures based on environment, like being coastal creatures here, is a really smart way to do it.
Wow it looks awesome on the new ASA engine! just when I tought your videos could not look any better! how could them right? LAst part of aberration was stunning! Looking forward for the next videos!
Ahh so many fond memories of my first few days on the Island as a new Ark player learning to survive on the beaches. The Dodo fed me during my first days (and still do occasionally) and provided me with first source of hide. The Dilo was my first ever tame and a trio of them practically kept me alive against others of their kind, Troodons and even against a rare lone raptor for those early times. Eventually though they were relegated to camp guard dogs and even now I usually take a couple well-bred ones with me when caving. The Parasaur was immensely useful for gathering large quantities of resources and running fast once properly trained. I even had a turtle at first for quick river hopping and metal gathering from smooth rocks. And he kept me from the piranhas. Alas a Megalodon ate him, though his death bought me the time to get to shore!
Amazing cinematography, can’t wait to see what you’ll be able to do once aberration is released! So excited to see how beautiful it turns out in the remaster.
These new survivor models ,look so lifeless, so dead inside. Facial expressions, eye reflections. They didn't even bothered to bring back iconic "shaggy" hairstyles. They implemented 99 steroid muscle sliders for your back, but 0 new for face. Its like huge step back from ARK Evolved
Nice work as always but this also clearly shows how some creatures really really REALLY need TLC at least visually.. I still, in my tiny tiny heart hope, that they will remoddel/rework those old dinos and show them some love.. If they could do that with the Alphas, they can surely do it for the others.
I said I'm not gonna play ASA because I don't want to have to invest my whole life but watching neddys vids and hearing this music it's very hard not to lol
I wonder if they will do the same upgrade to the other maps in ark survival evolved would that be fun 🔥🔥🔥😅👏 I love those tips of roleplays in ark human or dinosaurs I would love to watch them 👍🔥👍🔥👍
So much interesting of use of camera mod Or it’s almost like I forgot that this is a game Like wow I’d say professional way of using camera mod I thought I was watch a documentary. ( yes he did watch a documentary)
